Hey everybody,

Over the last 7 years this forum has grown exponentially. With your help, We have created a community of Kratom enthusiasts to come together and discuss the industry. The traffic that this site has received has been exciting but also overwhelming. All the while the site grew a little out of date. Over the last few weeks we have updated the platform of the Forum as well as the face of the forum. CHECK OUT THAT NEW LOGO!!! sweet right?!

That REALLY HELPED tonight! I was tempted to try MORE KRATOM. Instead I went with akuamma and Corydalis, which are more helpful after a snack. Thanks for the reminder!

I’m really interested/ curious about corydalis, incarvillea sinensis, and ... there’s another... can’t remember the name at the moment.. chuchuhuasi!!!

Passion Flower, Lemon Balm, and Valerian, are all useful in their extract form for when taking a break. I use Bulk Supplement, and I just order what I can use between lease renewals, lol. CBD extract and Theanine are also nice, as is hot chocolate, and my long list of supplements.

Kava Extract is nice, I use Bulk Supplement for that as well. Oh, and Rhodiola Rosea, standardized for salidrosides, can be like a kick in the ass. That too needs breaks, as do Kava and Valerian extract. Though Kava is pretty forgiving of longer durations of use.

I use Waka kava and do it the traditional way, in Cool water. But I had too much last night. Ha. I shouldn't have had that last wash of root powder. Woke up hung over. I usually get 3 washes from a 1/2 cup of powder so that's six servings. I had nine. But it certainly made me forget about Kratom temporarily. Tonight I will have to pay attention because the reverse tolerance will creep up and you can over do it. I bet I will only need 3/4 of last night's dose.
