Magnesium glycinate - same as bisglycinate

You are so right that Kratom causes constipation. I find it worse than taking the oxycodone, however, a good proactive approach can keep things moving along!

I will try the magnesium before taking the Kratom.

I take my magnesium at bedtime. I'll have to try it in the AM (so long as I know how to access bathrooms during various stops that day, LOL

how much magnesium are you taking to have it cause that much trouble?

I only take the glycinate version so do not have that problem.

When I have it, I take magnesium at bedtime too. I have
the same issue as Laurie. I was taking only one tablet, if
I remember right. I think two caused an outrageous reaction.

I take 8gr of Magnesium Citrate (which is twice the recommended dose per the label) every other night and I don't have any problems with constipation. It's also supposed to help with sleep but I don't really have any problems there. I may have to try it 1 hour before taking Kratom just to see if there is any benefit for me.
