Hey everybody,

Over the last 7 years this forum has grown exponentially. With your help, We have created a community of Kratom enthusiasts to come together and discuss the industry. The traffic that this site has received has been exciting but also overwhelming. All the while the site grew a little out of date. Over the last few weeks we have updated the platform of the Forum as well as the face of the forum. CHECK OUT THAT NEW LOGO!!! sweet right?!

hey cbrob!

I use this vendor often for botanicals. I usually don't get the shipping right away ( cant count the weekend with most companies )I usually get shipping 7-12 days after I order it. they seem pretty busy cause their prices are so reasonable.

I usually expect their product about 2 weeks after I order it. I know that's not what their website says just telling you from my experiences. their email response isn't fast either.

but their botanicals are good, reasonable, and they have many payment options. didn't even know they had kratom till recently. tried the indigo, liked it! put me down for the count!

I understand your anxiety. been in that exact place! im currently waiting to get the frankensense restocked. I take a supplement I might be able to recreate for a fifth of the cost!

hang in there I don't think you are getting screwed. theyre just slow.

I've noticed that sometimes it's a matter of the vendor not getting paid for several days due to the way e-checks and what-not get processed. This is just a fact of life now that we can't use credit cards.

Some vendors still get the transaction processed fast, but there's a lot of variance in who's the middle person who's handling the exchange of funds.

There's processing the order, billing, packaging, and finally shipping. So far I haven't been treated badly by anyone.

Edit: Oh, you used your card? Huh,, maybe we better not let it out how that worked exactly! I've heard you can get banned from Pay Pal if they know you used them to buy Kratom. That fact is buried in their terms of service. So if anyone ever used Pay Pal, or any vendor used them, maybe we should keep that left unsaid?

And now that I'm thinking along those lines, maybe the Credit Card company is the hold up? Can they charge the card but hold up paying the vendor while a human looks into the situation? Are suspected Kratom purchases put on hold by any of them?

ive used various methods. theyre almost always slow. but good product reasonable price.

herb stomp is our approved botanical vendor. other than great vendors like insense and top extracts that offer great botanicals at a great price. but herb stomp is a little pricier. but if delivery is faster and its needed it might be an option in the furure.. if insense doesn't have it lol..

Their product line is vast. They are well versed on the products and I’ve not heard of unhappy customers. It’s only fair to email them directly. Not discussing on a forum with no direct affiliation for communicating on their behalf.

Welcome to the Forum SpaceX. Sorry to hear about your Situation with Meridian. They do seem to be slow sometimes. Anytime I email them it takes at least a few days to reply back. I am sure that they are always very busy. Let me know if I can help in any way. I know the Owner of Meridian. Just let me know if you want me to Email him about it. I might can get you a faster reply.
If anybody has any Questions about Kratom please private message me or make a Post & I will be glad to answer as soon as I can usually within 24 hours if not sooner. I'm usually on really late at night Between Midnight & 5am.

I apologize for the delay in getting your order shipped out. Have you received this and are you satisfied with the products?

About the delays; we have been undergoing some changes with how we organize our business and are attempting to set up our shop to be able to handle more high volume orders with less delay. Currently, we have about 550+ products, about 50 of them being blends, which are all made in house. Due to time restraints we do have to at times delay some orders. Generally this is only a few days but there have and are situations where an order is delayed for a little bit longer, but we are working on preparing larger batches and keeping a better inventory count to minimize delays like this. Thank you so much for inquiring rather than assuming the worst. I can speak for myself and other vendors that communication like this makes our jobs all the more easier. We try our hardest and only want the best for our customers, and the very last thing we want is someone feeling shafted or unsatisfied.

happy to have you here. im a loyal customer. haven't had a product yet that I didn't like. your descriptions are detailed, priced reasonably, and I like the brief descriptions on the package.

im glad you are changing your model to make things more streamlined. as a consumer, if you are ordering items 'in stock' and not around a holiday, 2-3 weeks is a long time to wait. but I get it you get busy and a lot of demand. nor are you the postal service!! I thank you for keeping your prices reasonable, and I do shop around!
