I'm new to this group and been using kratom for 4 months. I get confused with all the types of kratom and am looking for 1 that gives energy/ helps pain for day and 1 for severe pain/fibromyalgia for night. Still learning and don't know much about which vendors to use and not to use. So far I have ordered from PA Botanicals and Kat's Botanicals. Please help me, thanks!!

Welcome to the best kratom forum ever, fdebera!

I’m neutral on vendors because I like all of the ILK APPROVED VENDORS.

Others will post some thoughts and reading reviews in FIND A VENDOR / RATE A VENDOR is a great place to learn more and help you with decisions.

Hello welcome to the forum,
What strains are you using that works so far?

In general Reds are good for night, Greens and Whites for the day.
Most Reds offer pain relief for me. Greens were a big trial and error to find which ones work well for energy but also had enough pain relief. I generally do not use too many white strains because they lack the duration of pain relief.

Reds recommendations
Red Borneo, Red Bali, Red Thai, Red Sumatra, Red Bentuangie
Greens-
Green Borneo, Green Thai, Green Raiu, Green Hulu

My current kratom rotation and vendors

Reds-
Re-leaf LLC=
Red Smile, Super Red Kindra

Insense/ Goldleaf Botanicals-
Red Sumatra, Red Hulu, Red Thai

Herbal RVA(type speciosa in search bar for product list) Royal Bentuangie

Canopy(type speciosa in search bar for product list)
Red Borneo

Greens-
Pa Botanicals- Green Borneo, Yellow Borneo
Re-leaf LLc- Green Kali, Green Sundra
Insense/Goldleaf- Green Thai, Green Raiu, Green Hulu

I only use Reds at night but find one or two could be used during the day. I only use greens during the day.

My goal is pain relief and managing spinal arthritis.

Check out current reviews for quality vendors. Christopher's botanicals and Pharmacy Dropout are highly recommended.
I have quality potent Kratom from Inland Botanical, Socal Herbals Remedies,

Welcome fdebera

I know that it is confusing at first but the best way to gain some clarity is just to try different strains and keep good notes.

Take some guidance and try a wide variety of strains based on Nan70's recommendations.

It really is a big experiment but a very safe one.

Reds are best for pain. Like NAn70 I use greens for daytime, but sometimes combine them with a red depending on my needs (pain relief). I also like a plain Maeng Da for daytime and I have a White Horn that works well for pain which is a bit atypical.

As you try different strains and vendors you will find your way through this maze too!

It was confusing for most of us at the start too but as you try different strains and vendors you will find your way through this maze too!
