@ Laurie could you pm me the info on phenibut too. I have days that my anxiety is really high and have panic attacks. Also any Info about Kava, I'd like to try these natural products In conjunction with my Kratom use as opposed to anti-anxiety medication.
Thank you
Brian

Please keep in mind that I am no expert, I am struggling with addiction issues, and this PM will be JUST a resource that I used. Nothing more implied. It is not even necessarily as safe as Kratom, so please do RESEARCH, beyond my referral. My order was placed over a year ago, and there are oodles of alternative choices. Also, as a new substance, caution should be used before doing ANYTHING besides resting in a safe place, when trying something new. Also, it interferes with NATURAL sleep patterns - for me. Some people have run into real trouble with the use of phenibut.
PM to follow - please be careful and best wishes.

AGREED! CAUTION. This is NOT a recommendation, just where I got mine. Research. I am not a professional anything. I AM ONLY a struggler in life.
Please read drug interactions, etc. Kratom is a MUCH safer supplement, IMO

Thanks Laurie, I understand totally and I will research it for sure. I'd heard of Kava before but not too sure of Phenibut. Just trying to get an alternative to pharmaceuticals, I worked night shift for 20yrs so sleeping at night is a real problem for me and as I mentioned I have anxiety and probably work related PTSD from 20yrs in Emergency

Beautifully written =D> always good to do a little research before introducing your body to something new just so you know what you're going to be getting into!

I agree, you should always research everything you put in your body for whatever reasons. I just made my first grog with kava. I used butter instead of milk and melted it lightly in the microwave then put some honey in it and let it chill. Very nice and very relaxing. I understand this is a kratom site so my apologies for getting all this brewing here is it is not wanted. We do not have an ethno section here.

Def read up on phenabut, if it sounds to good to be true it usually is. It has a very high potential for addiction. Like Laurie wrote it is ok once in a while but I do not trust myself. I have almost ordered it a few times from a vendor here who used to have it and changed my mind every time. Just be careful and research first! Take care all. I am going to enjoy my kratom with my grog now and get a good nights sleep. Feel very relaxed.

Hi Shaman,
I would NOT and am NOT suggestIing or recommending Phenibut - in general. I am an occasional indulger, as it helps my anxiety, but it impairs my ability to SLEEP, so PLEASE be assured I am not recommending anyone try it. Especially for insomnia. Kratom is much safer - on so many levels.
