Interested in mixing kratom strains. Have many reds and green. Do most persons just keep mixing until they get a blend that works for them? Is it hit and miss? Any suggestions?

Yes, If you are mixing it probably will be a lot of combinations.

In the mornibg before I go to work I mix White 30% ,Green 40%, Red 30%. I get the positive energy and mood boost from the white and Green and get mood boost and pain relief from the Red and sometimes the green.
Record your dose sizes when you mix so you can adjust the next time. If it was too speedy then just lower your white ect.
You will get a better coverage of Alkaloids by mixing strains/Colors/and Vendors. I have enough of an inventory of Reds,Whites,Greens,Golds,Yellows, Beatangies, that I can have a unique mix everytime.
This helps avoid tolerance issues and I have found some really effective Kratom mixes.

At night. I focus my mix towards Red 30%, Another Red 30%, Gold or Yellow or Beatangie 40% this gives me a more mellow Kratom experience.

Just record your mixes so you can adjust for the next time. You will find it difficult to re-create a Kratom experience exactly but, you can get back to the same general place.

Good Luck..

I can definitely agree with the green, pepper-looking, jazz-playing dude. Recording is PARAMOUNT. I need to get back into it, I got lazy :( I love hearing other peoples blends though, gives me ideas for mine.

I use reds mostly for pain relief. In the morning I may blend in some white or green into one of my favourite reds.

As bed time approaches I am careful to take reds only so that I can sleep well.

If I am having a really good day with very little pain I might use only greens. I find they have good mood potential and help with energy and motivation but not so good for pain. Green Malay is one of my favourites for that kind of day.
If I take a higher dose of a green I usually get a lot done in my kitchen! The grandkids ALWAYS love it when I bake!

All of this is learned by experimenting and keeping good notes.
