I seen a sleep doctor about my sleep apnea and machine not helping. He told me I have been compliant and my ahi is good. Then I mentioned movements. Punching, arm raising, etc. Also told him I used to have sleep paralysis. He mentioned that it may be a movment disorder. Idk if anyone remembers it takes me 3 hours to go to bed from jolking gasping as soon as a drift to sleep. Anyways this makes perfect since and could be the reason (Not sleep apnea) that I'm always tired. www.sleepassociation.org/patients-genera...ements-during-sleep/

But...... This is saying iron deficiency is usually the cause, but as you know my blood work comes back fine.

It may make sense to get a second opinion about movement disorders. Further CPAP adjustments and meds for movement disorders may help you. Sometimes it helps to get fresh eyes to look at your case. Good Luck.

There are other more specific blood tests for iron levels than hemoglobin that are more accurate.
