One day I was at my smoke shop and some guy was buying kratom so I asked about it and then googled it, figured a smoke shop "supplement" couldn't be the real deal, so here I am.

Used to be a "head" (and a drunk) but quit everything in '89. I got the feeling I killed a lot of my brain cells lol, so when I read that kratom might help cognitive function and social anxiety, I got super intrigued. I've tried a lot of supplements for focus, mental acuity and energy but the only thing that sort of worked was a pre-workout supplement they stopped making 10 years ago. Anyway it seemed to get less and less effective.

I'm thinking something besides caffeine to boost mood and focus would be ideal for me.

Congratulations on quitting everything!!! I am a mom, grandma and wife with alot of aches and pains, depression, and developed social anxiety at a later age. I highly recommend green malay from Online Kratom mixed with a little Indra Fusion. Pharmacy Dropout is my other recommendation. I love alot of their strains, my favorite is White Borneo Maeng da. These two vendors have wonderful customer service and quality. Keep researching !! Alot of information on this forum and on the web. Good luck, keep us posted!

Thanks a million @Golda55, I sure appreciate the recommendations and will put in an order tonight or tomorrow am. This is great getting specifics from you, I sure can relate with what you go through. I'll try it on a weekend to get a feel for what I should expect when at work.

I could have been considered a grandpa many times over if I had kids, my wife and a foreman at work calls me "old fart" in jest. Somehow if not for the aches and pains I don't think of myself as old. I might be in the Nile (denial) lol. So glad I found this forum to share on.

Thank you and I have to give most of the credit to a *lot* of help from my friends who went through it with me.

Chugged 1.4g of krishna green malay and .7g of indra fusion at 8 this am with coffee, felt a lil droopy eyed later, but not sleepy, then had a great breakfast and a 3 hr nap lol. Seemed like aches and pains lessened by a degree. Didn't feel any energy boost, maybe I took too much for the potency I received (premier).

Next time I'll try less and see.

Hi again stray, when I mix the malay and indra, I take mostly malay and a small amount of Indra, taking too much Indra will cause sleepiness, at least for me. Keep researching and trying to find what works for you..Golda

Yup, I now know that the malay:indra ratio of 1.4g malay and .7g indra should have been heavier on the malay side. Anyway yesterday I did 1.4g malay and today 2.8g malay, taken with lemonade. Seems to be dialing in now and wow! the nootropic and energy with anti-anxiety effects today were GREAT! I was *almost* my old self again, it was amazing. I now think 3.5 to 4.2 may be my sweet spot. This was a preview of what could be, and enlightening. Was not looking for euphoria as that might be a slippery slope for me lol.
