THanks for your advice...maybe it was lower quality...hard to say...it is the only product I have used.At KK, I pay $28 for about 5 ounces of bali powder...before it was about 16 per oz...the tincture was free full size sample to allow me to try it. I will probably not keep buying it, but I normally use 1 dropper of it when it bad pain or at bedtime, sometimes...is that too much or does that sound alright? I will try the reds...no one ever told me that...and the vendors cant tell me anything...actually KK told me to connect here for answers.

You're not doing anything wrong-- the spam filter is a little touchy sometimes. You're not the only one who's had trouble with it.

Several of us opt out of the extracts. My reason for not using them is that they might make some folks develop a tolerance, resulting in needing to take more powder to get a good effect. So you might not get a lot of first hand advice about them.

I was just messing around with my kratom collection, so I thought I'd jot down which ones help me with pain.

Reds- borneo bali, some red maeng das, hulu (sometimes called Hulu Kapuas), red horn, malay, sandai, natuna, jong kong,Supreme Bali/Indo, Kal-Teng (which is a name for Central Kali) and a vendor blend of several reds from Kali.

Greens: green malay, a vendor blend of west kali greens, natuna, indo, Green Dragon (which is a supreme grade of west kali green)

Whites-- white vein maeng da from Herbal Cafe, and a vendor blend of green, white, and red bali.

Yellows- yellow horn for evening. yellow maeng da for daytime but I usually add a pinch of red natuna to it--- for me natuna is pure pain relief with no mood enhancement so it's great to mix in with another strain.
