Hello everyone! I am new to ILK, but not new to kratom. I discovered this miraculous plant about a year ago, when I was struggling with severe fatigue and lack of focus while attending university. I have since graduated (at the age of 42!), and I still use kratom for my chronic headaches and neck pain. I have ordered from many vendors, but just placed my first order with Re-Leaf, LLC yesterday. I've read some great reviews regarding their products, so I took the leap of faith. For those of you who have experience with this vendor, what are some of your favorites? I'm also open to trying new vendors as well, and will happily accept suggestions for dealing with this headache and neck pain.

Thanks for having me and have a wonderful day!!!!

Hi all. I, too, am new to ILK and to Kratom. I am currently trying Premium Bali Kratom for chronic pain. Does anyone else have any suggestions about which strains of Kratom are best for chronic pain. I have spinal stenosis, 3 bulging disks, and severe nerve pain stemming from my lower back all the way down both legs. I despise pain meds prescribed by my doctors because of the issues associated with prescription pain meds. Any and all suggestions welcome.

Thanks for letting me join.

My favourites for chronic back pain are:
  • Red Borneo
  • Red Maeng Da
  • Red Vein Thai
  • Red Horn
  • Red Bali

I have not tried all the red strains, but they are supposed to be the best for pain and I have found that to be so.

I sometimes mix a yellow or white in with my red during the day but stick to reds only later in the day and at night.

I am just starting to explore green strains...jury is still out as to their value for me.

Keep experimenting and you will find what works for you.

Hi y'all, and welcome.

My favorites for pain from re-leaf: Red Sandai, Red Jong Kong, Red Natuna, Red Kal-Teng, and Green Natuna.

I have some favorites from other vendors, too. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post them by name, but usually they're reds from Bali or West Kali and greens from borneo and west kali. Blends are good, too, especially a blend of several reds.
