A quick hello and would like to know if I can use an over the counter medicine like Tylenol while using Kratom. Please let me know what you heard or seen. Thanks

If alkaloids such as oxycodone or codeine can be safely combined with Tylenol (percocet and T #3 respectively), I see no reason why the alkaloids in Kratom would negatively interact with Tylenol.

(Caffeine is also an alkaloid that is often combined with Tylenol as in the Percocet and T#3.)

I use OTC meds with no adverse affects. Go for it! See BoMalley's post above this for the "why". The only thing that I do that makes kratom stop helping is NOTHING and sometimes that happens (cancels out kratom benefits), or overeating and sometimes that happens (cancels out kratom benefits). I find carbs to be the worst thing to eat if I'm in pain. They make kratom ineffective for ME. I've not yet run into adverse reactions from ANYTHING except alcohol effects are severely impairing in small amounts. I'll follow along to see what others have to say.
