Hello & Welcome to the Forum Joegreen! :-h The best thing to do is to Experiment & Experiment some more with Kratom. Try Different Dosages, Different Blends, Different Vendors, Different Strains, Use Potentiators, Try To Find Your Sweet Spot Dosage Where Kratom is Working at it's Best. With Kratom Less Is More! Always take the Least Amount Of Kratom you can because it will work better. Usually Red Bali, Red Borneo, Red Malay, Red Bentuangie & Red Maeng Da are all good for Pain Relief.
If anybody has any Questions about Kratom please private message me or make a Post & I will be glad to answer as soon as I can usually within 24 hours if not sooner. I'm usually on really late at night Between Midnight & 5am.

Hi, I am new here so hope this is found by someone. I have very debilitating chronic pain following 2 car accidents leaving me with 2 disc on disc in neck w/arthritis and 2 disc on disc in my back and S1/S2-I also suffer from Fibromyalgia, MS & Anxiety. The chronic pain had changed and debilitated my life and I for some reason gained 50 lbs. My husband was my former psychiatrist following a very abusive relationship also leaving me with pain in my wrist, elbow and jaw. Now my almost ex husband was prescribing VERY high doses of Morphine, Oxycodone, Fentanyl, Xanx, Ambien etc. All of this (and more) was NOTHING compared to the pain I experienced when 2 sheriff showed up at my door 18 months ago to inform me that my beloved 27 year old son, A gifted Bio Scientist, World Traveler was leaving NY for New Zealand on a long planned trip had been taken from us in a terrible accident. I soon consumed myself with medication however having 2 young children and 2 older children who do need me I was in the hospital for 8 days the end of January detoxing off these meds. I am doing ok but am about to end my Oxycodone. My reasearch led me to Kratom. I ordered the Red Vein Maeng Da for Pain, Green Vein Malay & White Vein Maeng Da. I relieved the package today. I knew it was powder form. Was going to mix in my yogurt but it says "Not for Human Consumption. For Soap Making and Aromatherapy." Who uses POWDER in their aromatherapy diffuser? Or to rub on your wrist or temple. SO now I have this but not sure what to do. I am reading that companies are doing it to protect themselves (of course it didn't say it when I ordered it) . I won't be ordering from them again but is the power safe to mix but the company doesn't want to take a chance? It is Distributed by Coastline Kratom Southport NC. Thank you for anyones help!!!

Hi, thank you for your post. I was very helpful! I too am just starting to discover Kratom for pain and anxiety. I was a little upset/disappointed when I received my first shipment and the labels were marked with very tiny print "Not for Human Consumption" . That is sure not what I ordered. I read that companies are doing to to protect themselves! I just took a teaspoon of Red Vein Maeng Da and it did seem to help my neck pain but still have pain through my left side. I also had that same warm feeling you described which is great...if you don't have 2 young kids and 2 older ones to keep up with and middle of moving by myself so the calming affect is great but I have to now make dinner, clean up and get ready for a kid talent show. Do you have a suggestion for the energy your spouse had? If the label says "Not for human consumption" do you feel as thought it is just the compnay protecting itself?

Yes.
That is why they put it on the package .
The fda makes it hard on all vendor's.
We always provide top quality organic kratom at reasonable prices.
God bless and have a great day.

Sorry to read about the very difficult experiences and challenges you are dealing with.

We are just now learning about the different kratom strains, so our knowledge isn't great yet, however, as we understand it, white vein kratom can boost energy, green vein strains can give some energy as well as pain relief, and red vein strains are the strongest pain relievers, but also can be sedatives. So for energy, you may want to research the white/green veined strains.

It is a good idea to keep a log if you can, keeping track of the strains, dosages you take, so that over time you will learn what works best for you and your system.

Thank you. I have both strains but like I said came in power packet so trying to balance pain relieve without the complete sedative impact. Any suggestions on ok to add into yogurt or should I make capsules out of it? Also, for some reason I have gained LITERALLY 50 lbs (just hit 50 lb this month!) in less than 2 years in sets of 20 lbs.I read this might be weight gaining . Any advice?

Yes to the yogurt question. Yes to the capsule question if you think it will help you get powder down.
Finally, I’ve only learned of weight losses while using kratom and it has had zero affect on my weight.

But it changes how and when you can eat and be pain free. I rarely eat when the pain is managed. I only eat when I can rest for 45 mins to an hour while I wait for digestion to occur so I can re dose and continue the day.

Hope others will post their thoughts, because we are all similar BUT NOT AT ALL.
