Hello all,
I realize that some may think I was an ass to bring up the warning about EZ Kratom. So Be it, but let me explain the problem that occurred.
I ordered via echeck (1st order was COD). I saw the 3-5 day delay they spoke of regarding first time echeck payments. But I received a notification that my order had been shipped on the 26th of April along with a tracking number. Why would I doubt that? I assumed I'd earned the immediate shipment by coming through on my first order. Why say it's shipped when it hasn't?
So I followed the tracking for 6 days. Nothing had been received by USPS. So I called EZ and left a message and the next day as well. I also emailed them and used the contact option on their site. I received no replies at all. The tracking still indicated not shipped. The echeck had cleared my account 4 days earlier. So by the 2nd of April I'd just given up because no one had contacted me.
In short, the order arrived yesterday (the 5th May). It had been shipped three day priority.
I received my first email from EZ Kratom today asking if I'd left any phone messages or emails during the waiting period. They apologized if those had not been responded to and indicated that it would be looked into because they pride themselves on good communication and customer service.
I let them know that no one had ever responded to my four different forms of contact (that would have solved everything because I would have known that the order had not been shipped (as stated) on the 26th of April at all.
So the real issue was misinformation on their part and failure to communicate when that was queried.
So I hope that clears it all up. They came through, but I would never have known they were going to until I checked the mailbox yesterday and found the package.
I don't think they have the clerical side of stuff sorted out very well at all and they shouldn't tell you something has shipped when it hasn't. That's confusing. Then the lack of communication just made it all the more confusing.
But they are honest and did not fail to eventually send the package.
I had issues with FED EX with their COD slip as well. FED EX were not going to give me the package because the COD slip was not stuck on the package correctly. The driver had to call his boss and photograph my order confirmation before they eventually gave it to me.
So it's been a bit rough and I'm actually glad that I've found new vendors here on this forum. I think EZ make it too complicated and iffy.
Anyway. I hope you understand my confusion over their communication, but I also wanted to let everyone know that they are honest - if disorganized and misleading on the clerical side of things.

One needs a “double shot” of kratom after all of that! Haha! Let us know how you like the powder or whatever you got!

John, you’ve apologized A LOT. You’re a good guy. You didn’t tarnish EZ forever. Hopefully you got a nice relaxing red, and move on to sharing more of your kratom adventures here with the rest of us! Lots of lurkers will read this and learn that kratom is no easy way out! It’s work! For all parties! That’s good to share with others considering their options.

Hope you enjoy that package! Sounds like the Fed Ex guy wanted to try kratom! Just kidding!

Yes, they were very decent and thank you for responding.
Zack and Co.sent many messages and proved how good they are. I actually really like their green Maeng Da - got cozy with it (-:, so I'm glad it's all sorted.
I think even they benefitted from the FED EX COD info because they're trying to change their system so that there are fewer problems with it.
Good people, good product. I'd just advise a wee bit of caution with the COD option because FED EX are giving them problems over it (not just with me).

Yeah. I’m noticing MANY vendors are low on product AND/OR having difficulty processing orders. Best to stick with known, trusted vendors MORE THAN EVER now. If they need checks, order earlier! Don’t wait until you’re scraping the bottom of the one bag....please, people. Many good vendors are getting pinched.

It’s important that we NOT PANIC but merely EVOLVE AND ADAPT to changing conditions in our vendors’ supply and modes of payment. Keep that in mind so nobody gets upset due to delays going forward...THERE WILL BE DELAYS WITH SOME VENDORS. Read the fine print to make sure they CAN meet your needs. Happy Shopping on Mother’s Day Evening and going forward.
