I figured I would start my own thread instead of hijacking someone else's. I've tried and failed to get off subutex 4 times. I know what it feels like 2 days without it.
I surprisingly dont feel to bad. I just feel a little off, but that is ok. Could anyone tell me how often I should be dosing? Right now I take about a teaspoon every 4 hours. At what point should I start lowering my dose of kratom. I know subutex has a very long withdrawal. I dont want to take kratom forever. I just want to use it to help me get over this. Thank you guys. I appreciate everyone who is helping me. It means the world to me.

Not for a good while! That’s when you start reducing kratom for your freedom. NOT during the height of subutex detox. Dose stays same as what is helping now. Tomorrow morning is about when your body will be catching on. You may need to dose more often to stay ahead of the subs w/d. What is your dose at this time and how frequently? KRA KRA will hopefully be long to coach you because he’s JUST DONE THIS successfully. I’m older school (opiates).

I have been taking a heaping teaspoon every 4 hours. I dont feel bad at all right now. I did take a nap, and when I woke up I felt bad.

Start going to every 3 hrs. Do you have a proper bowel management system in place? It gets “sticky” in there while you’re needing this much. You gotta have a plan to keep healthy tube flow..
EDIT: nap as much as your schedule allows because every cell in the body is affected and has to be replaced except our eyeballs. It’s a LOT of healing going on! Fascinating stuff! Laurie

Am I just suppose to have an enema or something, and make sure to go every day. I don't have much of a plan, but I know you are suppose to go every day. I took the week off work, so I can nap pretty much whenever. I dont really have to do much this week. Thank God for that.

No need for an enema. If its been more then 3 days or more since your last bowel movement you can use a bottle of magnesium citrate.
But just to keep you regular you can simply take something like Metamucil and/or a stool softener. Try your best to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water. And try eating foods high in fiber. Best of luck!

Some people get constipated with kratom.
This is one discussion that has some suggestions. www.ilovekratom.com/forum/health-and-wel...start=0#.XGCD21xKiUm Somewhere on this forum there is a more comprehensive discussion but the search has been defying me. Of course if I do find it I will link.

links for everyone with digestion issues.
www.ilovekratom.com/forum/health-and-wel...start=0#.XGCGKFxKiUk www.ilovekratom.com/forum/kratom-discuss...start=0#.XGCGflxKiUk <---think this is one I have been trying to find. Best to you and continued success with Kratom. I would like to recommend a scale, you will need to have an idea how much a heaping teaspoon is when you eventually get to the tapering point. insensebotanicals.com/product/pocket-scale/ Also tons on Amazon.
