I'm a red vein person; I'm leary of reds and whites because I don't of the jitter factor. This really limits my rotation and I wondered if there or any greens or whites that are more relaxing? I want to branch out.\

I would say try mixing a little bit of a green or white strain with one of your Red Strains & see how that effects you Laura. I can't really recommend any strains because everybody reacts differently to them.

Thanks Max, i forgot about this; it's very helpful.
You know what strain I wonder about? Red Indo. I wish someone would explain this strain to me. It's rarely mentioned.

I have this strain as part of a sample pack. To me it's very similar to Red Bali. In fact I think they are on in the same. I have also read that it's a blend of strains including Sumatra, Riau, and Borneo.

I'm confused about connoisseur level though, not sure what that means.

It usually means that these Strains have almost no side effects & are very strong & each has a slight difference between the next. Only a Connoisseur of Kratom would appreciate. That's what I get out of it. Anyway!

Thanks Max, you're an encyclopedia. I've never read such a glowing review of red indo. 6 hours? I've always thought indo and bali as middle of the road strains. Things get confusing when it says indo is sometimes referred to as borneo or bali. Kratom is so confusing but wonderful.

Thanks Max - is this from your personal experience?

Since I seem to have a high tolerance due to my health situation, would you recommend I stick to your top category?

No mention of Sumatra Kratom????

Oddly enough - Green horn maeng da did nothing for me, for pain or anything.
