Hi, how many grams do you suppose is in a tablespoon? One website says one TBSP of cocoa powder is 7 grams....i believe it to be more like 5 grams. What do you all think? Also, if i am going to add tumeric to my kratom, how much tumeric do i use? thank you!!

It probably depends on the kratom itself but most kratom is around 2.5 grams per teaspoon so one tablespoon would be around 7.5 grams.

Hi - been hearing about turmeric as a kratom potentiator. I usually only cook with it, but i have a bottle of turmeric capsules for joint health. Have you noticed any difference with adding it to your kratom regimen?

Thanks
