What strains if any have you been disappointed with? For me it would White Thai and White Hulu Kapuas. I am also on the fence with White Horned Maeng Da. All of these seem like the would be uplifting and energetic. To me they are not. White Thai doesn't do much. I usually become sleepy 2-3 hours after burning it. White Hulu again nothing. It's green counterpart is much more effective. And White Horned MD. You would it expecting it to be very stimulating and euphoric. It's not. It does provide somewhat of an energy boost but nothing like White Sumatra, Green MD or Green Malay just to name a few.

A white Sumatra I had a while back was pretty impotent. It was ok the first burn but after that it didn't really do much of anything. A red sumatra from Kratom underground I had about a year ago was pretty impotent also. I didn't order it again. A good red sumatra was the bentuangie cure powder from PDO. I can't really think of any others, I'm usually pretty happy with what I buy. A red indo I got a while back was pretty weak also.

White Sumatra I had it a while back was pretty bad for what I was LQQKING for. Might be great for the beginners but no one for a few months doing kratom !Was told by others that was the way Sumatra was any vein when I bitched about it when I did on other forms.. Very mellow !! Good one when you want to taper off I would think. :)

So for it looks like others didn't care for Red Indo nor White Sumatra. White Sumatra was my first and I thought it was a decent product. Good for physical activities like the gym. It's almost like a strong cup of coffee. I have only recently burned Red Indo. I think the Red Indo from SoCal Herbals is good kratom. Maybe it's because when I do burn reds, I tend to burn 5-7 grams at a time so I get a good relaxing feeling. To me Red Indo reminds me of Red Bali.

You know it could be different batches from different vendors when it comes to quality, some may react differently also.? Some vendors could have a more potent batch than others.?

I would say White Sumatra, Red Thai, Red Riau, Green Kali & Some Indos don't work too much for me when taken alone. These are all much better Strains to make combos with than to take by there self. These Strains work much better when mixed with other good strains.

I have only tried mixing maybe twice. I have tried Red and White Thai. I think this was a good balanced blend. Maybe a little energy. And I have tried Red and Green Indo. More of a relaxed energy. Made me a feel warm. Red Thai on it's own is just so so but when burned with coffee I love it.

This is an Infinite Number of Combinations that you can make with Kratom. You can vary the Doses, The Strains & The Vendors. For Example you could mix 25% of one strain from one vendor, then 25% from another vendor, then 50% of the third strain from the same Vendor as the last. Possibilities are almost endless. I usually mix 50/50 or 25/75 when mixing 2 strains. You can mix as many as you want. I have mixed as many as 6 Stains & got some effects that were unlike any other Strain that I have tried. I would get relaxed at first then get energized then get sedated. Nothing on Earth quite like Kratom my friends.
