So this has some to do with kratom, some to do with shipping. If I happen to be temporarily located in one of the crap states where the local government has their heads shoved up their arses, with my mail temporarily forwarded to where I am, will stuff be re-routed to my temporary forwarding address with any of the faster USPS shipping options (Priority, Priority Express), or will those still be delivered to my normal address in SC (where, despite many stupid officials, they at least have the intelligence to keep things normalized)?
I'm just looking for a temporary remedy to my dilemma, and anyone with advice they're willing to part with shall be loved from afar. Also.... since I'm posting a topic for one of the first times... I am always scared of trying new vendors. Herbalcafe was my first choice (yeah... started off spoiling myself), but the prices are a little steep, and Jan doesn't seem to be active anymore (I think maybe her daughter or someone has taken over? Someone a little more strict and stringent). I've added MMM as a regular vendor choice, and have been genuinely happy. Again, however, their prices are a little steep. I'd like to give another vendor a shot, but I prefer a vendor with USPS options (faster shipping) and/or FedEx/UPS options, good quality, and not super expensive. Anyone with any help or suggestions on either of these topics, holler atcha boy!

Hello drich9816 :-h Nice to have you here on the Forum. I'm not sure about the Mail Situation drich. I have been using SoCal as of late & they are Excellent in my Opinion. They have the absolute cheapest prices in the US. 250grams for $25 or 1kg for $100 can't be beat. There are other Fantastic Vendors that are more expensive but worth the price like Pharmacy Dropout, Mood & Mind, PA Botanicals, Green Leaf Kratom, Online Kratom, MMMSpeciosa & many more. These are All Great Reliable Vendors.

Way ahead of ya. I made my order today. Processed and shipped- just waiting for the tracking number. I'm looking forward to it. Thanks for the sample, by the way. I used the sample on one of your fusion blends... Which is pretty cool to offer that as a sample. Thumbs up on the service.

So I am not one to post anything negative about a vendor without first attempting to address it directly with said vendor. Such is the case particularly with Kratom, a plant countless factors and variables that simply cannot be controlled- how one's body responds to particular strands, the strength of one batch versus another, etc.
Too many uncontrollable factors makes it a kind of "bit**made" move to down a vendor or say anything negative to hurt their image without first allowing ample opportunity to make up for a disappointing product and a dissatisfied customer. That said, I did venture outside my comfort zone (MMM, herbalcafe) and try a different vendor (Onlinekratom). Here is my rundown:
1- Great customer service. Matched only by the two previously mentioned vendors and another whose product(s) I have, but have yet to try anything. I asked a question regarding shipping, received a timely, congenial response. A+
2- Shipping time was excellent. I received my order quickly. Of course, I did pay for USPS Priority Express, so I expected quick delivery. However, they did process my order expediently and get it out their hands the same day. A+
3- The key component, my thoughts on their quality. I first tried the "Premier" Mitra Green Borneo. My typical levels range from 5mg-8mg, depending on what I have bothering me (migraine, stomach issues, general lethargy, mild depression or mild anxiety.... everyone on here is experienced it seems, and I'm assuming we all get that different doses will produce different effects). I did the safe thing, burning approx 5mg of this "potent, PREMIUM" strain. Nada. After 30 minutes, having felt absolutely no relief or effect whatsoever, another 5mg. 30 minutes later, still feeling no effects, I used my go-to (thankfully I keep a confirmed backup supply for situations such as these), MMM, and all was well in Wonderland.
Regular ole Krishna Green Malay was next. 5mg, 30 minutes, nothing. At this point, I went ahead and sent an email to OnlineKratom, expressing my concern that, having tried two different strands and feeling nothing, I may have received some bad batches, but didn't want to "put them on blast" without first contacting them directly to seek their feedback on my feedback.
Three days later, I've not received any correspondence. Not an auto generated "hey we got your message and will be back with you as soon as we can." Not a "Hey! Don't give up yet. Maybe you will like xxxxxx better. What effects were you seeking, or what do you like most out of your Kratom choices?" Nothing.
So, I'm writing this for 2 reasons. First, to give an unbiased review of a vendor so others may make a more educated decision on whether to order from OK or not. Second, hoping this might garner their attention and initiate some communication. My order was nothing substantial. Maybe $50 including shipping.... But it was a test order, so I didn't want to spend my normal $100-$150 unless I was SURE of the quality. I'm glad I didn't!!!
I realize this is a tough business. Hell, any business where you sell a product or service is tough. People love to complain and take the time to do so more than they will take the time to complement (more often than not). I know this, as I work in healthcare. I get approached by patients or family members occasionally, and rarely do the happy patients or family members come to express their satisfaction. Usually, the ones that take the time out to speak with an Administrator/CEO are doing so to complain. That said, I would expect some sort of return communication, even if that communication was "sorry you were disappointed. Maybe we just aren't the right source for you bud. Have a nice day and thanks for giving us a shot."
Shame shame shame. This is what makes people skeptical to try new vendors. This is why people stick with the established and well known vendors more so. This reminds me of the two (stupid) times I was in a bind and had to go to a headshop for an emergency stock. Whoops!! Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice.... Fool me once you ain't gonna fool me again. Lol. No, I was the fool the second time, so shame on me.
To those that have had a positive experience with OnlineKratom, that's great for you. I would be interested in any recent reviews of purchases made with this particular vendor. I know there are a string of stories where people fall out of love with a vendor over time as the quality declines. Maybe they once delivered on their words of quality, and have recently failed to do so. Maybe I'm unlucky and got a few bad bags. Maybe the other two bags I have will blow... My... MIND. But I hesitate to try them, because I don't enjoy burning dirt as is. If I'm going to do so, it sure as shit better have a therapeutic benefit!

Let me start off by saying I really appreciate the honest review of our products, that's truly all I can ask of any OK Customers. If they are ever negative I gladly step in and take care of any issues by issuing refunds or replacing said product. It's my personal goal that every OK Customer is taken care of, not only for good PR, but simply the fact that you have spent good money with us so you deserve satisfying products.

Must have been a weak batch Of Kratom or you just didn't respond well to their Kratom. That happens sometimes. There are a few very good Vendors that I have tried that I don't get the effects that I Would like. So I just don't order from certain Vendors. It doesn't mean that they have bad Kratom. It just means that my body doesn't respond to how their Kratom was grown, dried, harvested etc. So many factors to look at. I have tried other Vendors & I have felt nothing from their Kratom. That means that their Kratom is either very weak or is not really Kratom. Let me know what they do to remedy your situation.

Online Kratom is a Solid Vendor. They sent me free Samples in just 2 days.
