So, my usual MO is 4-5g in a burn about twice a day. If I am up late and have a lot to accomplish because of single-mom-syndrome, I may burn an extra time for the energy. That's what I did on Saturday, I had burned 3 times. It was my current fave that I have burned MANY times from the same shipment.
Sunday I woke up and went out for a few hours. When I came home I decided to burn only 3g because of the extra burn the night before. I burned the same exact kratom from the night before. And it threw me for a loop! Made me super dizzy and nauseous. I was trying to clean the house and couldn't because I felt so ill. I went to lay down on the couch and the room felt as if it were spinning. Like I was drunk and had the spins. It was horrible! This went on for more than half of the day.
Has anyone else had this happen? Is kratom that unreliable to be so go-to and then up and change. Same batch, and not MORE of it but less? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Did you have anything to eat prior or did you do a wake and burn? How much sleep did you get the night before?

How was your hydration level? I really hope you feel better!

I had plenty of sleep...a little under 8 hours. Lots of water. Always lots of water. But no, I hadn't eaten since the night before. I never eat breakfast anymore, though. After I ate, it still didn't go away. Could that still be why? I am feeling much better today, thank you. Sadly, I'm a little scared to go back to my favorite. It also made me super cautious today. I won't be having a tolerance issue anytime soon. Ha!

That may be why. I once burned 2.5 grams of white thai first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. About 45 min later I was lethargic and nauseous. Most people recommend burning on a completely empty stomach but for a lot of people that's not the best advice. I would have a small meal and burn about 1.5 to 2 hrs after. I usually burn about 1 hr after a protein smoothie or 2.5 to 3 hrs after a med/large solid meal.

I've gotten the dizzy head when I've had digestive issues.

I would eat a snack while taking your Kratom & see how you react to it. Some people have to eat with it or they will feel sick sometimes. Try doing that instead of a empty stomach. Let me know how it goes.
If anybody has any Questions about Kratom please private message me & I will be glad to answer as soon as I can.

I will definitely try to have a little something first, even if just a few cubes of cheese. Thanks to everyone!

I usually take 2 Tums 30 minutes prior. Also, i take a tablespoon of yogurt and water it down with warm water, just a bit though, not much, and then mix in the Kratom. That way i can ingest on an empty stomach but still have that bit of buffer. The effect that your speaking of is exactly what happens to me when i drink a strong cup of coffee on an empty stomach. Its really a horrible sensation.
