Hi, I have been using kratom for 2-3 years and lately began burning plain leaf powder, not so much in quantity, but too often, resulting in high tolerance and a lot of fatigue (i was drinking alcohol while burning) Thought I had better stop everything, so I stopped alcohol but want to burn successfully as i have knee pain and it has subsequently come back now. Has anyone gone back to burning responsibly after maybe bingeing too much? is it possible to use and not abuse? Thanks!

Hey Lilyrosemary,

Not sure I've ever went back and forth with you before this, but hello and officially welcome to the ILK family!

There are quite a few suggestions that I know others on the site would throw out there. Stem and Vein seems to be one of the best ways to reset your tolerance, you would simply use it the way you use regular Kratom for a day or two. I've never heard this one suggested on the site, but I imagine some physical activity to push everything out of your system would be a nice reset as well! It works for everything else you put into your body, so why not Kratom? Maybe an exercise bike or Sauna if it's available to you, just anything to sweat out whatever is in your system causing this tolerance.

Just some suggestions from a guy who's constantly reading Kratom material :-bd I'd love to hear what anyone else has to suggest.
