I know that turmeric potentiates kratom, I am curious about what dosage is recommended, and also what else people recommend and the doses of those?!

I use 750 mg of agmatine sulfate in the morning www.amazon.com/BulkSupplements-Agmatine-...s/dp/B00PZ5WXWI?th=1 and 250mg of Magnesium oxide once or twice a day. The mag oxide is more for a natural poop loosener but is also a potentiator. Magnesium citrate is recommended more for a potentiator because it is more easily absorbed.

Great, I'll take a look at agmatine sulfate, and yes the mag is great at helping keep one regular ;)

Turmeric is hard for the body to absorb, Look for turmeric with piperine, which is black pepper. Pepper and fats help with he absorption of turmeric, if you are using turmeric for anti inflammatory results it needs to be taken with food with the presence of fat. For Kratom potentiating, I have not read anywhere what the recommended dosage would be. But turmeric/ curcumin with piperine supplements are around the 1400 mg range

I read grapefruit juice and orange juice poteniate.

Agmatine did NOTHING for me.

Grapefruit juice potentiates EVERYTHING. Actually it allows more of the drug to enter your system making it contraindicated for people on medications as it is difficult to know exactly how much drug is being absorbed and therefor can complicate treatment.

Turmeric has never done anything for me either and my holistic practitioner says it is not for me

Botswellia on the other hand DID have some noticeable anti-inflammatory effects for me. I take it with my Kratom with no noticeable adverse effects.

I’m new to Kratom and have quit opiates with Kratom for over 2 months so far.. I take my Green MendDa with a shot glass of nuked warm water, teaspoon of Kratom and a teaspoon of honey... I’m just curious on what the overall consensus is to beat potwntiate my dose? I had only a couple of fantastic euphoric experiences when I experienced zero back pain and my bipolar depression was totally gone.. I’m wondering if I should try my morning dose with OJ? Is one teaspoon too little of a dose? I suffered from deep bipolar depression and chronic back pain for many years falling into the pain pill trap which made things even worse. When I had those few incredible experiences with Kratom, it was a Godsend.. Forgive me for being a newb but OJ, Grapefruit juice or turmeric I should try with my Kratom? Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated and God bless you all..

You can try any of them...it will not do any harm BUT that little "kick in" you got when you first started Kratom will not last as your body becomes used to the alkaloids and your opiate receptors become satiated.

Are you still getting good results for your back pain and mood disorder?

That should be your main concern.

I have tried all of the so called potentiaters and nothing worked for me but certainly it is not harmful to try.

Everyone is different and we all sense things differently.

One tsp is between 2 and 3 Gms which is considered a starting dose. I always recommend using a scale...much more precise. If you want to prevent tolerance you will need a scale so that you do not keep bumping up your dose in order to get an effect from it.

I haven’t had to take any of my SSRIs scince using Kratom “ which I hated taking” with zero I’ll side effects. As for my back pain I still have pain but no where near what I had.. I’ll definitely try some OJ to test tomorrow.

Thank you

I can Recommend Turmeric with Black Pepper, Vitamin C, Magnesium & Black Seed Oil. All of these worked for me. I would never take more than 2 potentiators at a time. Everybody will be different. For some Potentiators do not work for others they do.

These are all good Potentiators & what They do For Kratom:
Grapefruit enhances the duration of action of Kratom.
Turmeric activates the alkaloids present in Kratom and it can be taken regularly with Kratom.
Cayenne pepper enhances the elimination half-life of Kratom.
Chamomile and green tea enhance the soothing effect of Kratom and they also improve the energy levels of the user.
Watercress contains minerals that synergize the effects of Kratom.
