A few months ago we asked some of the Approved Vendors to offer some discounts to our community. A lot of them graciously did. We have been asked to bring those discounts back. The following vendors would like to share the love for this forum with you. I know we all appreciate it.

Hello everyone.

All of below is regarding to PROBLEMS WITH VENDOR’S CREDIT CARD PROCESSING. No matter what side of the coin you’re on being A)the online consumer or B)the vendor, many of the issues are solely to blame on the CC processing companies themselves. So please continue to read and I hope to gain some clarity on this issue not just for myself but for anyone else out there wondering the same thing.

So this is my situation:
I am the owner of a licensed kratom company which has been reviewed on here several times ect ect. I am not here to sell anything and I’m not here representing my company. I just created this account to come on here as an individual seeking some much needed insight to a problem my company is experiencing which directly is affecting my customers as well. I know of a few companies right now that are dealing with this same company and it’s affecting their customers as well, leaving many to turn to untrustworthy gimmick vendors or with no relief at all.

So up until August of last year I had no issues with the credit card processing company that was my company was contractually in agreement with to process all card transactions. With the DEA’s current ongoing push to ban kratom CC processing companies have started to pull out of their aggrements with kratom companies deeming kratom companies as “high risk.”

In my situation, my company was given the run around as to why I wasnt receiving the proper payouts. Then it turned into a bunch of sorry this sorry that well keep in mind the entire time they are still processing card orders which is in the outstanding payout they’re withholding. So I’ve had no choice but to take my CC processor offline. I pulled the plug so to speak on any online card orders through my website. Well that’s obviously been severely damaging to my company, to my companies reputation, to all my amazing loyal customers that are having to do CODs and other forms of payment now. That is an inconvenience for them in several ways. There’s new customers everyday calling me with problems they’re having trying to order via card. And it’s frustrating to have to tell them I don’t know. All I do know is the DEA has created this bad word called Kratom amongst the millions of people that don’t know what it is. Has their attack on kratom been aimed at us tax paying legally licensed vendors? Have they quietly gone to the CC processing companies demanding the stop to any transactions involving kratom? I don’t know.

So the past month has been more than just a nightmare. I’m in the legal process of compiling my case against the card company and their associates.

So if anyone out there has anything to say please do.

If any fellow vendors know of a company that isn’t scared of kratom please list below.

If you’re a consumer and your order via card please be aware there is a creeping quiet problem dwelling in the dark. If you have experienced any transaction issues you can’t make sense of, keep this in mind k. Your vendor doesn’t suck just the money sucking brown nosing middle men do. Keep educating as many people as possible on the power of the leaf and keep sending in your testimonies please please please. Some day down the long road it’s the DEA who needs to be banned!

To "BantheDEA" and other vendors:

I was contacted on LinkedIn by the CEO of a Credit Card processing company that is specifically marketed to help kratom vendors. I have seen other companies get your business, but this one looks promising because -- for those selling one Million dollars in volume or more -- NO Reserve requirements. The bank they work with is okay with kratom vendors.

The CEO, Paul Bickel says he may have a deal lined up in two weeks for smaller vendors. No details on that one yet.

I cannot vouch for this guy, but what I've seen in chatting with him online is different than others I've seen -- and is worth checking into. I am only passing this along -- I am not compensated in any way, but I do realize how important this CC service can be for both vendors and consumers.

Let's share feedback on what your impressions are here. Smaller companies might ask to be placed on a list for him to contact when he has a program set up for those with less than $1 Million/year in sales, as that deal comes together.
