I have two questions. First; does anyone receive benefits from redosing? Second; how come I don't feel anything redosing 8 hours later, but feel something after 8 hours of sleep.

The initial effects of Kratom as the alkaloids hit your opiate receptors ( mood lift or a bit of a buzz) go away after regular use.

I take Kratom 4 times per day and get the desired benefits with every dose (pain control), so not really sure what you mean by "redosing".

I would not count on that continuing...look more for the longer term benefits rather than a short term surge.

Anybody who takes Kratom Daily knows that the Mood Lift & Energy diminishes over time & gets to a point where you won't notice it much anymore after years of use but with small breaks you can regain this mood & energy lift again. Usually the first dose for each day is going to be the strongest & the last will be the weakest but will vary for each person. The more you take Kratom the more it's mood lifting effects will diminish but they will still be there but just in a less noticeable way.

It's usually better to take bigger doses less often than to take smaller doses more often. Anyway that's what I've heard. There are Potentiators that can help with the Energy Surge like Caffeine, Vitamin C, Turmeric with Black Pepper, Cayenne Pepper & many more. You will have to take them at least 30 minutes before your dose of Kratom but 1 hour is better.
