Everything is normal. You can see the values for each test and then the normal range is listed. All values fall within the normal range.

All it proves is that you are not sick. It does not prove that you are completely normal - but then you already know that because you are tired all the time.

Fatigue is largely a nutritional issue and often can be influenced by hormone balance as well.

I do not see thyroid tests on there. Any reason WHY the doc did not do thyroid tests? That should be the first choice when the main complaint is fatigue.

Have you been assessed for depression?
This is when I was having pain near my liver and wanted to get my enzymes tested. I used to think I had depression and suppose to be taking them, but I don't really feel depressed at all.

Still having the liver symptoms?

Get your thryoid tested. Make sure to mention the fatigue next time you see the doc.

You are used to having high energy so not having that might be quite noticeable. However, there are lots of people, me included, who have struggled with fatigue for decades, in fact my whole life probably. Now that I am in my 60's I probably have more energy that when I was younger!

BUT first you have to rule out organic causes...Haemaglobin has already been checked...it looks fine. Next would be thryroid.

You could easily improve nutrition by green juicing. Costs very little and supplies all the micro- nutrients you could need. Very easy way to imrpove nutrition and WAY better than taking supplements.

Any gut issues?

BTW edit button seems to disappear about 24 hours after posting...at least I cannot find it, so if you CAN you should probably take those lab results down but it you can't, contact the moderator to do it for you.

The first month or so I had a feeling I get from pain meds, burst of energy and so forth. I guess what I'm really looking for is a adderal type feeling. I used to be so motivated at work, fast as hell, excelled in everything I do. I remember the store manager talking to me with the district manager telling him I was the top five hardest worker in the store. It made me feel so good having so much energy. Idk if it's sleep apnea, tetestorone, low iron. Idk what has happened l it doesn't matter if I get a hours sleep or 12 hours sleep like I did last night. I'm always so tired, unmotivated, and I'm standing their at work just pissed off wondering how I'm going to make it through the day. I have a sleep study on the 11th and I've talking to him about this and asked him about adderal(never taken, just heard good things) and I think he may consider it. He told me after the sleep study though. So I'm hoping I get it and start feeling better again.
Also heard of something called modafinil. Would that help me better then adderal?

You could try Panax Korean Ginseng. It's really good. I've just started taking it for more Energy. I am surprised at how much it helps with my energy. It gives a slight mood lift as well. Lasts about 3 hours with no Crash like Caffeine. Goes good with Kratom as well.

There is a good possibility that you are just burned out . Your adrenal glands could not sustain your demand for high energy and have simply "burned out".

It could be they need some rest and relaxation as well as better nutrition. BUT first steps are always to rule out organic causes.

That's kinda how it feels. I'm trying to fill a already full vessel. I hit my daily sane/safe energy limit on everything throughout the day without reciving the energy. I did sleep really good the night before last and took white Vietnam and that made me work while sleeping :D
