To get the pain tlrelief I usually need to take around 11-12 grams at once. Some think that's high but that's what gives me the relief I need. Definitely play around with your amounts as everyone body is different. Good luck!

Hi Somethingsacred, Hope ur well!!

I think what you said about Bali is interesting. I seem to respond well to All the Bali’s with the exception of Green Bali! Weird huh?

I also add Bali to my mixes, green Bali ,what I’m using at the moment is not an approved vendor so I won’t mention their name , but I’ve found a good batch of green Bali from any vendor helps with pain tremendously. Also some green Malay has given me good relief , I usually do my own blends these days to cover more territory so to speak, reds and greens really help me, also some whites ( not always ) help add to pain relief for me ... Bali no matter the color seems to impart these qualities.

There’s a blend called Bali supreme ,it’s a mix of all Bali colors , very well rounded. pm me and I can tell you which vendor I get that from, it’s effects for me are relaxing , decent pain relief , slight undertone of alertness, a nice blendbto mix with a green or white in the daytime , or on its own it holds up pretty good as well. I like to take it after a long days work to melt the muscles, not sedating , not very stimulating , just right

Also the straight green Bali I was referring to is great for long lasting pain support and a decent mood boost, both the green Bali and the Bali supreme I like pretty well,they are from different vendors ,

I’ve had some Bali that do nothing , but I’ve had some winners so I keep looking for ones that shine bright in the ways I’m needing, moodlift and pain relief

Cheers

@Neceros.....
If I may humbly add my pain management regimen, I view kratom strictly in terms of, how to manage the pain, (old back injury jumping out of planes for dear old Uncle Sam) during the day, so I'm not knocked out to the point where I can't work, a strong green, Malay, Maeng Da, Borneo, and best of all, green Elephant. A strong green for me, is just as effective as a red, but provides enough energy where I am comfortable moving around normally with good euphoria, but no sedation. I use red vein exclusively at night because it knocks me out to where the pain does not wake me up during the night (most of the time). I do like a strong white from time to time, when attitude adjustment is needed. Most white vein strains are higher in alkaloid content than reds or greens, however not as good for serious pain management. This is only my take, I have friends who do not get anything from reds, and use greens exclusively.

Peace.

I’m like your friends with reds...Very rarely do reds hit home , but when they do I’m thoroughly impressed and buy 1/2-1 kilo...

It’s more hit and miss for me when it comes to red veins.
There’s red Malaysian maeng da from PDO and I savor that one, few times a week in The evening , mellow , calming , gentle but effective. Stress melter !!

Then there’s this super red from a new vendor that is very stimulating, also it’s effects one day are not the next ..

Trippy how that works
