I wanted to share my story on here as I have not yet. It has been on many media outlets, but I would like to share my favorite one and hear from others about their experiences! I love hearing about how plants help so many people :)

nina,

thank you for sharing your story. I truly appreciate the raw and real struggle you have gone through. I do take the leaf for pain management. my husband got a suboxone monkey of a decade off his back thanks to the leaf. and he had tried without many times.

im a working chef with osteoarthritis and pre surgery bad plantar fasciitis with a no nsaid directions from the gastro doc. herbals were my safest and best choice. since then my eyes are open and willing to receive direction from my body. skullcap and corydalis are my favorites for nighttime pain to try and keep a decent tolerance.

glad to have you here. this is a very supportive and compassionate forum. glad to have you here more

Hi Nina!

I was also moved by your story. Thank you for sharing with this forum. Like Petunia above says, we are a particularly compassionate group of support for people with a multitude of conditions. Like your story says, ‘kratom is helpful in different ways for different people’.

Advocating is incredibly important for that reason-we just don’t know what it might do for the next person, but we encourage them to TRY IT.

I benefit from it in similar ways to you, and I also find it helpful for pain management, SO I CONSIDER MYSELF VERY LUCKY AND BLESSED.

It’s really good to know you are available to help expand the possibilities for others through telling your story!

Much love and thanks,
Laurie

Thanks Laurie! I'm glad to be here and will be posting for Jim as well hopefully. We just moved into a new office! We changed packaging and are fully cGMP compliant now, have a new line of herbal products, and a lot more new stuff coming! Thank you all for being a welcoming group :)

im so glad top extracts is adding a line of herbals as well. some of the other approved vendors get my regular business just because of that reason. I know the quality will be there, if you keep the prices reasonable its a home run! congrads on being gmp compliant! im sure that is a tough transition, but worth it!

and adding just a note... I have gotten a few people to try akuamma and other non kratom herbals, the biggest gripe I hear is there are not enough vendors that sell them capped. and the ones that do are usually pricy. I have a couple capsule machines and help friends and coworkers in need but just throwing that out there. a couple people are moving on to another location and wont have the benefit of my stash lol..

Nina,
You're story is heartbreaking but with a happier ending than beginning.
It is amazing that you survived! And we are glad that you did.
