I've found that Grapefruit Juice works great in covering the taste. I let it sit for around 5 minutes because I read somewhere on the Forum that it may potentiate Kratom. It tastes pretty decent but I love GrapeFruit Juice.
But sweets are not good for me. So I was wondering whether anyone has low carb mixers for downing Kratom.

Grapefruit juice is my favorite but I have also put it in my morning black coffee. I think it can actually make the coffee tasted better.

I have a connection at my gym for the Bolero line of sugar free drink mixes, but I also order three cartons of Crystal Light Variety Pack Drink Mix (44 On the Go Packets) from Amazon, using Subscribe and Save.
Before that I'd just get a quart of lemon juice concentrate from the supermarket, mix it with water, and sweeten that with sucralose. Edit: Whoops, that's actually my post toss and wash beverage of choice. For downing Kratom I'm a real buckaroo and just stir in an eighth of a teaspoon of Citric acid powder into a few ounces of water. Lol, that dissolves the Kratom really well.

Tea of course, Numi Tumeric to be specific, with a dash of lemon, potentiates the hell out of the dose!

Thanks Babel 17 Great idea but it contains aspartame.I react very badly to Aspartame. It throws me into Hypoglycemic shock. Luckily they have one called Crystal Light Pure that is sweetened with Stevie. I have a bunch of flavors on the way

In the morning I will blend coffee, kratom, stevia or monk fruit, protein powder and coconut oil. In the afternoon I will mix kratom, matcha green tea and stevia. There are good no/low carb choices. The previously mentioned Crystal Light natural is one I use from time to time or water, lemon juice and stevia is another.

Kratering,
I'm with you on staying away from the aspartame. It give my wife an I headaches almost immediately. We check just about everything we buy to make sure it is not in there. Stevia and regular sugar only for us. My Grandkids say I’m a cuckoo head.

The Crystal Light Pure came in and it turned out to be a very good low carb mixer. First time I tried it used very little water and not impressed. Then I experimented and used more water. Probably 4-6 ounces and 1 whole packet, and a level Tablespoon of Kratom, so it's double strength and I felt that it masked the taste decently.
