I have been mixing up equal amounts of red thai and green thai for headaches but it makes me a little loopy even on a small dose. They help with my pain and don't sedate me.. My first love was a mix of red and white borneo I had energy, pain relief and did not feel foggy. I try samples when I am unsure of what will work. I have found green indo to help with pain and not feel loopy. For me it works better if I mix things up a little. Good luck with your pains. Chemistry is different in all of us and I wish I had better suggestions, what may work for me may not work for you.

Bali is so hit and miss for me. Sometimes I will take it on a full stomach and have the best luck with it. Today I actually went green for pain I took about a gram of red thai to take the edge off and then about 2grams of green indo. I would love to find a nice potent Bali. I had luck once with Quick Kratom but I never think to order from them. (they were my first) KU has it and I am waiting for someone else to try it before I buy.. On a strict budget. I once used Red Sumatra and that was interesting. Once this spell passes of pain for me I will break again. I really try to stay low but on days like today.. Im trying.

Tropical Thai seemed to work better for me for my back than classic b.

Maybe Thai is the way to go then. I'm trying a bunch of different things to get the pain under control.

You should definitely try the great variety of indos that are out there....their unique properties might yield more pain relief. Herb Research has some very strong indo's as well as sp and greenhouse has their yellow indo which is currently my favorite of theirs atm (seems to change over time.....never would have believed it starting out..)

I waiting on Red Indo right now but found mixing red thai or RVB with green indo really helps with pain. I was pleasantly surprised that the green was working better than the reds. I think it depends on the issue at the time I take it. It also just makes me mentally more able to cope with the pain.
Yellows made me sick. I did some research and found that is is not always from the same species as the Kratom tree. It does provide pain relieving properties such as anti-inflammation etc.
Search Mellow Yellow and you may find what I did. If it works for you that is great but in my case I just tossed the rest of the yellows (not very much) in my house. Made me very ill..
