Welcome BigTexasFist to ILK :-h. Incarvillea Sinensis 20:1 Extract is the Absolute Best Pain Relieving Herb that works for me Hands Down. It works much better than Kratom for me but this will not be the Same for everybody. I didn't get much out of Akuamma. Incarvillea is just a Miracle Pain Reliever. It must be the 20:1 Extract for it to work Properly.
If anybody has any Questions about Kratom please private message me or make a Post & I will be glad to answer as soon as I can usually within 24 hours if not sooner. I'm usually on really late at night Between Midnight & 5am.

I’m the exact opposite! Akuamma is more effective for my particular pain, but it takes a high dose. 2-4 caps, depending on the strength..

I try incarvillea sinensis again and again and don’t NOTICE relief. But other people do!

I heard on another forum that it can be found in liquid tincture form. I didn’t ask where because it had alcohol in the bottle, so I’m not interested. But I think the incarvillea will gain in popularity if it can be found in tincture form sans alcohol.

Just a hunch. MANY people get real relief of pain from that herb.

that's what is so great in a way. just like kratom we all experience different reactions. sat down with my mom tonight after work and shes down to try it all as well! im so excited. and my lil sis is experiencing more aches cause like me she works on her feet all day. such suckers we are lol. my moms a ovarian cancer survivor and she still has absorption issues, but is all about a more natural alternative to her pain meds that irritate her stomach.

ill start small and have zippies labeled with types, what they are and where from, dose, ect. and let my sis in on it too. moms got dementia now so ill sit with her first doses to see what woks for her. I figure a mild green strain small dose is a good place to start.

This is cause for celebration! Congratulations!

I found out I’m simply not using incarvillea sinensis 20:1 extract powder capsules PROPERLY. Each capsule I have is 500 mg and I’ve been using one at a time. I read the recommended dose is closer to 1500 mg or 2000 mg. Does this jive with your incarvillea experiences out there in ILK land?

Loved seeing this news about your mom and sister, michele373.

We never hear from BoMalley now that she is servicing her mom in the same fashion you are (tho her mom is 97!). We will miss you around here. HAHA (not funny!)

I’ve GOT to start capping my own...I’m so lazy..

I just started taking Incarvillea if I take it with kratom I do 1000 mg and without 1500 mg. use it more often with akkumma on break days off kratom.

thank you laurie yes im so glad shes willing to try something new ill start her with mild stuff and work into kratom if she wants to. ill still be here lol my sis lives with her and we have nurses coming a few times a week so I figure index cards in the baggies with the capsules. not lazy about doing your own. don't fix it if it isn't broken. I don't keep a k journal and all empty bags go in the trash lol. we all have different quirks.

im glad bomaley is doing that for her mom. god bless 97 wow!

Yes usually about 2 grams is a good dose for pain. If you are just starting out with it then I would start out with just 1 gram or less to see how it affects you first.

I just opened a package of akuamma from in sense. It smells pretty good but it tastes terrible. While kratom doesn't taste bitter to me, the akuamma tastes very bitter.
I just put 2g into some hot tea with lemon and it mixed in a lot better than the k does.
It made the tea very bitter also. This is one that I will have to put in caps for my babe to take without heaving.:P
