Much good will come out of this epic meeting, I predict.

Hello,
Has anyone ever used wellbotanicals.com? They say that they are in Gainesville, FL. Are they a real online company?
I have recently tried to order from them, but cannot find anyone to respond to my email requests.
I placed an order using Visa they sent me a welcome email for registering, but never a confirmation that my order was placed. After seeing that they had accessed my account for payment I logged in only to find that the order was cancelled.(not by me) No indication that the payment was refused by Visa, NOTHING. Tried again with the same result.
If this is just another scam site, all beware!
Any information or comment is welcome.
Thanks,
Gen

Genaro: I've never heard of them. They may be having trouble with VISA, because VISA is trying to shut down every kratom vendor and sometimes hold their(your) money for penalty fees.

This is one reason we have an approved vendors' list on this ILoveKratom.com Forum, we can't predict what VISA will do, but we DO know our recommended vendors aren't scam artists.

Maybe someone else on the Forum has an idea of what happened to your transaction.

kemppauth is spot on, same with all the card companys. I have been useing online Echeck method. I know, that is scary, but the sites I have been in contact all do it that way. If you are looking for an east coast supplier I just used Christophers Organic Botanicals. they are on the list and deliver fast. I don't know exactly where they are located but I placed an order yesterday and they say it will be here probably tomorrow. I did the rush shipping though. I bought a lb. cheaper than I paid for the last 100 gms.

Swaping oxycodone for kratom. Also fighting chronic back pain (and bad mood), LOL.

Thanks for everyone's comments about wellbotanicals.
I guess what makes me most suspicious is the fact that would not respond to any of my requests regarding status or confirmation of my order. Rejected or otherwise.
Anyway, I am done with them and wanted to warn others to stay away. (Just in case) I hope I don't lose any more time or money from this action.
Thanks again for the help.

In Canada an e-transfer is the most common method of payment for online purchases next to credit cards. It is a relatively painless quick and safe way to pay for purchases...however, in Canada our banking system is highly regulated and we have only 5 major banks, so I guess it is easier to implement.

Most (not all) banks have dropped user charges for e-transfers. NOW you pay for writing cheques but e-transfers do not cost.

I agree, Genaro -- The least they could do is to communicate what they know about what's going on.

That's a business owner's duty, to deal with problems as best they can, not avoid explaining what's the situation, even if they can't immediately correct it.

Sorry it happened, but all the more reason to choose vendors more carefully in the future!
