I recently made a purchase from Laughing Lion. The shipping was lightning fast,and they were very helpful at first. I ordered two ounces of chocolate borneo,and a few single ounce packages. The borneo was in one package,and looked a little light,while all the single ounces seemed fine. I put the two ounce package on two sets of scales,and they both put the package at the same weight,which was under a single ounce. All the single ounces weighed the exact same. All the packages,were same,size,type,etc.. No big deal,mistakes happen. I sent them two separate emails,in two days explaining the situation. I was polite,and very cordial,because I do realize that stuff happens. The problem is that I never heard anything back. This is very disappointing. I was trying them out,because I have been looking for different vendors,and I liked the products they advertised. But if this is how they handle business,I do not think I will be purchasing from such a vendor again. I tried to be polite,and send them screenshots,or whatever necessary. I deal with weight,and volume with my job,and all my scales are calibrated. I also have certifications to calibrate a number of different scales,so this is not an exaggeration by no means. I hope I placed this in the proper place,and I really enjoy the ILK Forum. Thank you

Yeah,courteous has never really been my thing lol. But the older I get,I find there are different avenues of handling things. Such as forums with reviews,like this one. And your right,an ounce might not be much to them,but every dollar I have is hard earned. Luckily,that's why I only order small amounts from vendors that I have yet to use. Plus on these forums,you can let other members know how some of these vendor's operate. There is nothing worse than someone who takes your money,and then doesn't respond to your emails when they screw up. Thank you again for the forum,and letting me share my experience!!

Hi there! I’m sorry your order was messed up. We are not open after 3pm Monday - Friday which is why we haven’t replied yet. A friend told me about this post so I wanted to make sure we responded immediately. We always fill over the amount requested so I’m not sure what happened but mistakes can certainly occur. We will make it right!

Not only will we replace it but we will give you the right amount and then give you 200g of any strain you want as an apology for our mistake!

Might I ask what email you sent the message to? I did notice one about chocolate Borneo being messed up but I’ve been on a road trip to South Dakota the last 2 days and my customer service rep is on vacation so we haven’t had anyone monitoring emails very closely. Something we should have been more careful about I think. Normally we respond immediately to any questions posted during business hours but it was just the wrong timing on this one.
