Hey everybody,

Over the last 7 years this forum has grown exponentially. With your help, We have created a community of Kratom enthusiasts to come together and discuss the industry. The traffic that this site has received has been exciting but also overwhelming. All the while the site grew a little out of date. Over the last few weeks we have updated the platform of the Forum as well as the face of the forum. CHECK OUT THAT NEW LOGO!!! sweet right?!

I ordered Kratom on December 26 from Kat’s Botanicals. I have a charge on PayPal from a totally different vendor for a totally different amount. I never got the order delivered and I took the tracking number and UPS has no info.

Even though I have a receipt Kats is now saying they can’t find an order for me. I tried to call their number and it was a personal number. With no identifier.

I called the vendor listed in PayPal and it was an answering service that never heard of either Kats Botanicals or the vendor listed in PayPal as collecting the money.

Are you an email from them almost every day and it’s really annoying. Who is one of the worst transactions ever.

From the sound of it it seems like you payed a different vendor that wasn’t kats .... from the sound of it ...mind you

My experience with kats is they are super fast to respond and are honest about shipping time frame, can be a bit of a wait ...

I’m sorry you had this experience and I’d be more than surprised if it is in fact kats that you ordered from and didn’t receive your product ... they are super legitimate folks but I suppose anything is possible

I’ve heard of scammers impersonating real vendors .. this might me that


Really is a bad experience either way and I’m sorry that happened to you, hope it gets remedied

Hi, I'm new to the forums, and I started taking Kratom 6 mos ago for chronic back pain. It is truly a miracle!

I'm not sure where I should post this, but I ordered from Kat's last Wednesday. They sent me my order confirmation and my receipt. I haven't received anything else from them. Do they send a tracking number when your order is shipped, or do they just mail it??

I would recommend you contact them and ask.

They are not APPROVED VENDORS on ILK, so their business practices are not shared with the forum staff.

That’s not a reason to panic! Many of us have enjoyed shopping with them!

Contact them and ASK. They seem very passionate and their reputation is very positive.

I think the best solution is to contact them, I wouldn’t stress per say just yet, they are busy and have a lot of orders to fill , in there site they state that due to high volume orders that it can take a bit more than usual to get your order delivered to your door ...

I think they are super legit and it’s just gonna take longer than the norm ... just my thinking

Kimmie, I’ve had very good communication with this vendor and I’ve come to the conclusion that they have lots of integrity where it counts

Hope you get your order sooner than not , they have very nice Kratom
