I was addicted to oxy and everything I could eat for almost 6 years and I was able to basically walk away from it and have been clean for over a year now!!!! If your experiencing opiate withdrawal and or are trying to get clean please give kratom a chance. And don't base it off of one strain nd give up. Thanx to this forum and research nd buying multiple strains from multiple vendors, i was able to find one that worked for me! Everything I was reading was saying red Bali for it or any red basically. Well I got bunch of red Bali and it didn't do shit for me lol what worked best for me first was green maeng da, and found white borneo and white Sumatra did too, nothing red lol everyone's different so give it a shot, do little research nd strain experimenting, nd order from any of approved vendors on this forum nd again give it a chance!!!!! I thought I would never get clean, but thanx to kratom i have my life back nd hope someone willing to try it does too! Be safe out there

I'm sorry to hear that they're heartless dicks, my mother having same problem

I lost my pain doc and script for self treatment but idc I was sick of the addiction. he was against anything non pharma he wanted me to go to drug treatment instead of kratom lol. Honestly I think it was my best move i feel so much better nd healthier nd it seems to work better for my pain.

I was only on Tramadol for 3 years but yeah, it's how I found Kratom. Can't believe how easy it was, so much so that once I began taking Kratom I never once wanted a pill--neither did my body near as I can tell. It's only been a few weeks and I'm finding my balance and recipes. Congrats

Hey congrats to u LaoWhooo keep it up!!! I was amazed with my first day of dosing too. I was wd sooo bad cuz of being cut off for suggesting kratom (thought docs couldn't jus do that) nd he was sick of me having Mary in me as well nd I was sick of being controlled lol. But I straight wanted to die for 2 days from the wd lol I couldn't find anything from anyone. My doc was my main source and had couple other sources whom were dry at time nd I basically begged, felt so low of myself. (It didn't help I was an easily 80-150mg day opiate user of whatever I could get narco, oxy, tram, opana) I got some green MD off friend who always suggested. I was amazed!! No cravings, aches, restless legs and got some euphoria!! I couldn believe it!! Rest is history lol Thought it was too good to be true but here I am year later with no urge or want and trying to help anyone i can now!

I am truly hopeful that this can help someone. I've been using opiates of one form or another for over 20 years due in large part to a disease that brings with it chronic pain. Like so many others it started seemingly innocuously with hydrocodone. Problem was i really liked the hydrocodone and before i knew why it was too late. Won't bore you guys with all the details, needless to say my story is not unlike millions of others. Started using Kratom a couple days ago and no opiates, was very nervous about making this transition , however, woke up this morning with minor withdrawal symptoms , took 6 capsules and within 10 mins the symptoms dissipated and i am currently feeling just fine. Now, this is my experience and quite frankly i wasn't using a lot of opiates but when i didn't i certainly was reminded that my body wanted the stuff. Kratom appears to have taken care of my fears of getting off of opiates. I've tried methadone and suboxone both of which work wonderfully. There is an inherent stigma attached to using those medications based on my experience with pharmacy staff when trying to fill these scripts. Conversely, I had a very nice conversation with the person who sold me the Kratom, they were all too eager to help. I remember having at least three arguments with pharmacy staff over trying to pick up scripts that were mine and available for pick up. Kudos to Kratom and the Gov't who has yet to make this illegal. A number of years ago ( not sure if it's still true today) hydrocodone was the single most prescribed medication in the US, I'm sure that Kratom poses an huge threat to their bottom line and well it should.

Welcome to the best kratom forum ever, freddieflins!

The irony is not lost on me!

And methadone and subs are BIG CASH COWS $$$!

And with those you simply trading up to more socially acceptable addictions but for those new to this they are addictions just the same. In fact it's reported to be harder coming off of Subs and Methadone than it is other forms of opiates, and as mentioned drug companies are making billions off of these addictions as well as methadone clinics. Try going to a methadone clinic for help with no money nor any insurance , or walk into a sub providers office with the same story. Addiction is an huge problem it really is a choice of where do you want your money to go. Addiction is an industry and like with all industries things must keep moving forward , progressing so that the bottom line is acceptable. I am certainly not saying that heroin is ok but opiates are opiates whether they come from a Doctor or clinic they're all doing pretty much the same thing. My experience with methadone clinics were not unlike my experience with dealers. They both provided a service that i thought i desperately needed so in my mind scoring was scoring. Try missing a payment at a Methadone clinic , a place with the ostensible function of helping, and you will quickly learn the true agenda.
