Keep trying, Dostie.

It sorta IS rocket science, haha.

Try this. Try that. I still have challenges due to evolving health needs. I’m nowhere near “comfortable” yet today.
My morning so far: Add a tiny bit more of this one....wait...peri menopause is an as$ kicker!
It got WORSE when we tried synthetic hormones. My body could tell they aren’t healthy for me (they are gotten from horse urine! High Five to Scott Gottlieb for approving horse urine hormone therapy for the women in the US over age 50)

Day 2, feel about as bad yesterday, maybe a little worse, but I’m up and able to eat, that wouldn’t be possible without the kratom.

Sorry Dostie...it really is individual.

I would use a plain Maeng Da or a Red variety though instead of a green.

USE as much as as you need to keep withdrawal at bay. IF it doesn not last more than an couple of hours take some more.

You do not need to be worried about taking too much kratom it is very safe and MUCH MUCH safer than any drug you are currently taking. Too much can cause vomitting...not pleasant but not dangerous either.

Day 4, this would not be possible without kratom, I still don’t feel great but I’m improving little by little.

In giving any info on dosing we are playing a very dangerous game. There are many articles and testimonials on the internet all of which are very subjective and not based on any scientific studies. Until Government's relent and allow studies, we are left guessing.
I've recently tried Red Borneo and my thoughts on Kratom have been altered slightly. Does anyone have any experiences that were mildly or otherwise adverse. Please let us (me) know. Thanks

This is a WIDE OPEN question. Every possible itch or illness of any sort have been blamed on kratom at some point. We never hear of these issues being resolved, much less HOW they were resolved.

I went from zero kratom one day to 5 gram doses the next and didn’t feel weird at all. However I do feel being on any opiate for an extended period of time raises your kratom tolerance. I think for someone to get hurt by kratom they would have to be allergic to it, take a ridiculous amount or mix it with something.

Agree.
My experience with red borneo felt as though i'd taken heroin cut with some really nasty stuff. I was up for two days and had a massive headache. It was not at all a pleasant experience.
An issue when dealing with substances such as Kratom is that the person taking the substance is at the mercy of the people who produce it at the farm and however many other hands touch it before it's sold and finally ingested. There are no guidelines no checks and balances.
I'm hoping that this is an open discussion even if seemingly dissenting opinions or thoughts are offered.
More specifically, has anyone had similar experiences with red borneo or other strains of Kratom. My objective is not to knock Kratom only to get as much subjective information as possible to make a relatively informed decision. Thanks

You make a good point, I keep forgetting there are other colors, strains, etc. I can only speak of using green maeng da.
