That’s interesting! I find incarv to be a very mild sleep inducer, like melatonin in my metabolism. Fascinating how different we all are as far as what works for what and how much. I use between 1/2 teaspoon and a whole teaspoon. Just a wild guess since there are no instructions online on dosing.

How much do you use to get pain relief, Max? Maybe I’m just doin’ it wrong.

Incarvillea works great for any Pain that I have. Even better than Kratom does. I use Kratom for Depression & Anxiety. Kratom don't help with any Pain that I may have. Probably because I have been taking it for so long.

Incarvillea is 20:1. I planning 1/2 gram dose, unless recommended differently.

When I first tried Moringa I was like no, grass paste, nope, cannot be done, decision to do tea came easy. I think I will get a pretty good gauge on Moringa in about two or three weeks. I am only taking turmeric at the moment.I am a slow healer so I am hoping Moringa helps with that.
When my body needs something the craving urge is strong. Who in the right mind would crave cabbage, last few weeks I had to have it I cooked into at least 4 meals a week.I actually bothered to make homemade slaw.I guessing a need of vitamin C and sulfur.

I will be looking forward to seeing how my after trip nap goes with the Incarvillea.
Happy spring cleaning!

Interesting, Nan70. I can’t gag down my moringa. It supposedly helps with menopausal symptoms like hot flash reduction. I haven’t been consistent enough with it to know.

I guess I’m not low on the nutrients from it, because I also crave stuff when my body needs it.

The incarv is pretty tame. It helps me sleep. If you use it at bedtime, it it similar to melatonin as far as mildness - in my experience.

Perfect for an after-trip nap!

EDIT: thanks for the reminder! I’d forgotten I still have some 10% “extract” here. Nasty tasting stuff. I recall that’s why I stopped using it and got 20% which didn’t taste as bad (not much of a difference in sleep results), but enough to be OUT of 20% but got my old 10% bag out of hiding - thanks so much! I’m trying to do Spring cleaning with my supplements before Summer ends. Found a few goodies and freed up some space!

Incarvillea was finally delivered. I'll be at the shore for a week I don't think I want to try anything unpredictable away from home. I'll get to it later.
I have been taking Moringa for about a week. Maybe too soon to report results. Moringa powder is not like Kratom. Kratom is dry and not water soluble. Moringa becomes thick and pasty in water. It also taste like grass. I decided to do the tea thing and make a cup of green tea with Moringa. For tea I use a tablespoon twice a day. Very moderate energy lift, I have no stomach problems with it. I find myself wanting or craving the second dose of the day. Which means for me it must have a certain vitamin /nutrient profile that my body needs. note-I trying moringa for added anti inflammatory relief, nutritional, and boosting antioxidants, not to try and manage pain with it.
I will see how another 2 weeks works out, give incarvillea a try and report back soon.

Still waiting for my incarvillea to be delivered. If it is helpful for me I will be looking for another place to order it.
Got the Moringa this morning and was not prepared for how green leafy it tasted. Very very green and very leafy lol.
I am going to try Moringa without too many other supplements so I hope to provide decent feedback.

Hi Nan70,

Somehow a separate text I had copied and pasted ended up in here. LOL

I got Morninga about a year ago. Not enough benefit for my metabolism to make MORE POWDER necessary. Got it along with a lot of other herbs supposedly helpful with peri-menopause I took too mamy to notice If any of them help. So far, I’ve not replaced any of them yet. My usual Cadillac problems.

EDIT: (lol)

Thank you for the feedback. I will try it soon and report back. If worth it I will email for the information.
Do you think my thoughts on dosing 1/2ish gram is the right amount?
I am trying to expand my herbal medicine cabinet.
I also ordered Moringa powder. No problem finding affordable Moringa.
