Hey grandma!!

Our (L) family is growing !! Nice to meet you and cool knowing your daughter is spending some time here as well,

For me chronic pain is best dealt with by taking green strains .... occasionally red but they are a lot of missed than hits for me ... whites can be great to mix in for energy.. like mixing a potent red with a energetic white ... might be good for the day time.... but your daughter did good by getting a variety to try ... and see what sings the best to you :)

I’ve had chronic pain for most of my life , kratom has single handedly improvoed thebwuality of my life by 80% ...

Hope it does the same or better for you (L)

Take care and welcome again

Brandon

Welcome-
You will find something that works-

Kratom and other botanicals work very well to manage pain for your age.

hey grandma!

glad to have you here. truly. desperado seems like a lovely lady and daughter im sure you are proud. now down to the nitty gritty! in the begging stages, as a morning dose a white strain might work great. I love all hulus. whites usually doesn't help much for pain. but it might. if the white doesn't work enough I would move on to a green later in the day ( maybe 5-6 hrs later. im sure you will feel it wearing off ) and maybe a red before bedtime. most reds make me sleepy. but yes everyones different.

make sure you get enough water, electrolytes, vitamins and other fiber ect. its good to try all the 'colors' to see how your body responds to them. and every company/ strain is different. but have fun with it. I truly hope this works well for you. insense has a few herbals that help with pain and sleep. corydalis and skullcap are my favorites.

I have osteoarthritis. granted im in my late 40s but im a chef and work long days and weeks on my feet.there is no way I can do all that I do without kratom. it has been a life changer for me.

if a strain doesn't hit either of you well, you can even blend it in the future. like half white and green. I do that often. but yes finding out which company and the basic strains work for you is important. im glad you are both excited! have fun with it! im happy for you both.

I fund Hulu, both red and green, to be excellent for mood.

P.S. Maybe ask your doctor about melatonin as a sleep aid.
