I'm working on meditation, but I find that Kratom makes it more difficult.
I own and operate www.pharmacy-dropout.com We have the United States leading supply of bulk and retail Thunder God Vine. We also have Kratom, and other exotic botanicals. All of our Products are sold with no intent on use, and are not sold for consumption.

Oooooo. Been away for a while. I can't really call it meditation to be precise. I read a description of said mental state on Reddit recently and it rang true for me...... somewhere between REM sleep and awake. We used to call it "spaced out" but that has become a negative term. I'm not sitting in any disciplined posture, just the good old Lazy Boy, or lying down with eyes closed. Pictures either still or moving of almost anything materialize complete with their own lighting (especially "still life" objects etc) as if they were professionally lit (spot/grid/honeycomb etc.) and then just fade or dissolve. It is quite entertaining, just the variety of imagery that appears spontaneously apparently from nowhere (some residual stimulus of course, could be that day or lifetimes ago). Fifteen minutes of this is like a few hours of regular sleep (in a pinch). Of course there is no substitute for real sleep, but it is fun (no paranoia, scary trips etc.) just a nice variety of random imagery generated by my own psyche.

Hey T4Two,
Great to see you again,

Any particular colors/ “strains “ you find especially helpful for meditation?
There’s a older thread on this same topic .. I’ll try and find it !

Take care my friend , and happy meditating (L)
Life is better with kratom !

Yes, I find it does help me calm down and sit quiet for meditation. I just need to do it more is my problem.

I have never been able to master any consistency in meditation. I have tried a lot over the years on the advice of my psychologist.
Although I can spend an hour or so in prayer but the cares of this world (wife and or grandkids lol) eventually always poke through and distract me.
I need to try again with some of the kratom batches that make me relaxed without being drowsy or I'll just fall asleep. :-?
My Grandkids say I’m a cuckoo head. ;)
