glad you found us! glad to have you here. most of us take kratom for chronic conditions. the other thing you want to consider is other herbals. i was just talking about insense herbals in another thread! akuamma, incarvillea are great for most during the day. skullcap, corydalis, and wild lettuce are great for PM. i swear by boswellia serrata, (online herbal store ) ive recently found a few CBD/CBGs that work for me.

the only other major thing that helps with tolerance is rotate strains AND companies often. i have in my rotation 7-10 strains from at least 4 different companies. this may seem overwhelming, but add on when you can. insense is a great starter for sample packs.

lucky herbals, fused flora, and bennis botanicals all have great leaf at reasonable prices. sorry not pushing anyone, we all have favorites. great forum approved products. if you ever want guidance with a reset we can help too. every persons body reactions are different. i personally havent had any issues either, i get tests at least once a year. but possibility of complications rise as doses rise. watching yourself/ tapering is a great way to start!

I have been using Kratom for about 10 months now. I have a bad back to say the least. DDD, rotatory scoliosis, spina bifida, facet arthritis, herniated disc, bulging disc, had an MLD on my L4-L5 and I have tried everything possible to relieve the pain. My friend introduced me to Kratom. I mix it in the am with my Green Vibrance and one of several 6oz serving of Bolthouse smoothies. I take about 12-15 grams of Red Maeng Da around 8am and notice the effects until 2-3pm. I just ordered Red Bali to mix it up a bit. Is that amount of Kratom harmful for long term usage? I don't show any negative side effects from it. I was taking about 3 grams when I started and had to increase because of tolerance. I quit for 2 weeks about every 2-3 months to decrease the tolerance a little
