Nan70! Hey y’all! Using REPLY to get the emoticons isn’t working RIGHT NOW. Great crowd in this thread. I recall another gal was posting all over the forum about T and then she left, probably feeling defeated.

My thinking is always to check NORMAL STUFF first. Get the bloodwork and review how to improve it with the dr before the kratom issue. Or at least cut back/quit leaf temporarily to see if numbers then stabilize. Kratom affects everyone differently. Just like how some folks CANNOT ingest the plant material, for example. Do a SEARCH here to see if that gal ever posted anything you might find helpful? I’m in a car and it’s bumpy. No, not driving but not ideal for doing a proper SEARCH under the T word.

Hey guitarguy,

Im curious about my T- level , I don’t think it’s low , but def curios where my levels are at ..

I always told myself I’d go on t-supplementation if they go low , the amount that brings benefits to a aging man /... I’m almost 40 .... lol...

And yes . Similar take on as you on some of these gov entities , some freedoms are only as good as you can read them on paper !

But , like I always say... “when I’m doubt , take some kratom “ B) .... so far it’s served me well (L)

I haven’t gone for a physical .... in over ten years ...way over due for some lab coats accosting me :) , when i do end up getting some tests , I’ll report back to share the results

Be good my friend , and keep on rocking the 6 stringer .

Hate the DEA...

I want to stop kratom but I worry about my nerve pain. I used to have to take Nucynta which sucked.
Is this just something I have to live with?
Hmm..

Hello Rich,
I'm out in delco. I was going to suggest trying Un of Penn or Jefferson to find a decent dr. but honestly I was never impressed with these medical facilities. My daughter uses a Rheumatologist from Un of Penn nothing special, making appointments are not fun and honestly they do not give undivided attention. Depends how far out you are from the city not worth the ride into town either. You are the second dude/ette in two days posting here from familiar territory. Nice weather we been having!

Look into supplementing your diet. Sometimes a lack of Selenium and B vitamins are the problem, You are not the only one to ask if Kratom could be the cause, I read about long long time kratom usage might lower testosterone levels. (I'll post the link if I can find the article again)
My own theory when people are using kratom and they report deficiencies I do not believe its directly kratom but the fact that kratom is an un-soluble fiber and slows digestion or causes digestion issues which can lead to blocking absorption of key nutrients. Poor absorption of nutrients can cause many problems. Again this is my own opinion. Its always best when taking kratom to manage any constipation issues and eat a quality high fiber diet, plenty of fresh fruits and veggies or go the green juicing route.

Check out info on DHEA and Kelp <3 as babel suggested.

Hi, Laurie I would use the hugs emoji but I do not see how to post the emotion emojis. You all get a ((( ))) <3 B-)

I never had my testosterone checked that I know of..
Till after about 3 years of opiods and then switched to kratom.
Then I had T checked and it was 250 so my doctor got me on TRT to get it up to 800-1000.
