It’s a plant. Unpredictable. If it were precisely predictable, it would be a pharmaceutical at the pharmacy.

There are no guarantees with the leaf.

I lectured Getspent pretty well on what kratom will NOT DO. Might save you time to read that.

There’s a lot of unpredictability in life and we are just having to be grateful for the benefits of the leaf while it’s legal.

Extracts are the road to addiction. The benefits are fewer. Good pain relief but nothing else except high tolerance from that stuff.

The diary is an awesome tool. Save ineffective powders well sealed in dark closet. You might find them to be like gold later. No idea why but it’s true.

Glad you’re here posting!

I am going through spinal stenosis, disc degeneration, narrowing nerve canals. Migraines, but at the same time I have anxiety and depression, and insomnia issues so I need a getup and go in the morning but not racy cuz it will give me anxiety. I've not had the chance to try the approved vendors. I've just got some red md farmer 3 from Carolina Kratom. Not truly impressed with the strain. Compared to my friend of Facebook. I really like his products one is red horn .red bing bang which I have no idea what the mix is. I just got an offer from a Maengpuri DA from Indonesia 40$ a k 3-5 days shipping which seems too good to be true. Which makes me think he's in the USA and trying to make me believe he's from Indonesia. Or just a straight rip off artist. I also tried a green md which one of them was to fast and the other ok. So what I'm looking for is someone I can trust. I know we are all different. I'm going to start a diary. I don't know about this kava. extracts, or other things. I'm very new about 3 months into this I feel some of the benefits but just want to not have to waste tones amounts of time and money. Thank you for letting me vent and can't wait for suggestions.

OPMS is a brand of kratom. I'm assuming they got the cleaver idea of OPMs, because it sounds like Opium. Just a guess.

VERY good guess.

This is a marketing ploy to attract people who want a high from taking Kratom.

The ony other time I have seen those initials was in finance :

Red vein from just about any approved vendor.

I find the Sumatra region (just hit by tsunami) and Ketapang reds particularly helpful IN MY METABOLISM.

None of us has the same results from the same reds. Reds have more alkaloids geared toward pain relief.

What sort of pain are you experiencing and who have you shopped with so far? You’ll find more specific replies once more info on what has not worked for you is known.

Lots of different usernames will reply TODAY than the ones in this thread. The folks posting in this dated discussion have not posted in MONTHS/YEARS, but their words are still applicable today and they are WELCOME TO STOP BACK IN anytime! LOL

MISS Y’ALL! Merry Day After!

I haven't been able to find anything labeled "fusion"

Perhaps it was just a marketing term... ? Or are they just talking "blend" ?

I'm pretty sure those are just brand names. Maeng Da had been called "pimp grade" for years, but the words Maeng da don't translate to that, so it's kind of a marketing ploy. OPMS is a brand of kratom. I'm assuming they got the cleaver idea of OPMs, because it sounds like Opium. Just a guess.

Ah, okay great now I finally get it. It's confusing, even to experienced enthusiasts such as myself.

A few other terms which I am not certain the exact definition of, are:
What is OPS kratom?
What is PIMP kratom?

I think there are a couple more things I have always wondered about, but I can almost guarantee that the majority of kratom enthusiasts, aren't aware of all of these terms. For this exact reason, I am in the process of writing & publishing an extensive glossary/myths/misconceptions, etc page.

Hey all :-h

Thought I'd stop by to address the questions!

Cybin_Spores nailed it on the head. Our Fusions are carefully thought out mixtures of plain leaf strains combined with a specific extract. Our regular fusions are 10% extract and 90% plain leaf, and our Fusions Plus are 20% extract and 80% plain leaf.

I am very big on efficiency, and I personally believe that fusions are an extremely efficient way to use Kratom. When I talk to our customers, I always tell them that I would never recommend using pure extract but including 10% of it in a plain leaf mix and using less of it is a good way to switch up your routine. My personal favorite of ours is the Ganesha Fusion, it's very energizing, so much that I don't recommend it for someone new to Kratom!

I'll gladly throw some samples out for review zBest, and if you two would like them as well Cybin_Spores and Levonne I would love to see what you think of them. I'm an e-mail away ;)

Fusions are plain leaf blended with extract. There is a certain percentage of extract mixed with a certain percentage of plain leaf. I've never tried one because I'm a stickler for plain leaf, but I'm pretty sure I'm right as to what they are.
