You can read this but Kratom is very personal and subjective to individual use-
www.redstormscientific.com/best-kratom-strains-for-treating-fibromyalgia/

White strains are typically stimulating strains maybe not a great idea for someone who is trying to limit the nervous system response.

Greens might be worth a try for daytime pain and energy. Green Malay or Borneo.
Most Reds are good for night time when looking to relax and sedation.

Beginners general guides for Kratom(you probably read through most of these tips)

Corydalis- There have been recent articles that suggest this plant is good for nerve type pain.
www.verywellhealth.com/corydalis-benefits-4589168
a few of us have experience taking but not for fibro- ask if interested

I will be back with a approved vendors who sell caps for you look over. Taking caps is all about your dosage amount if you are someone who needs a higher amount caps are not practical or affordable. If you take 2 grams you will need 4 to 5 caps per dose. Just a heads up so you can consider all possibilities.

Hello! I am new here. I have read a lot on here but thought I would just ask straight out for suggestions for Fibro. I need something that will help me get through pain and also give me energy. I would like to be able to sleep at night so maybe something relaxing to take at night. What would be my best bet and how much would I take? I think I would prefer to go with capsules. I am not sure I could handle the powder. Thanks in advance.
