By golly. I can't stop thinking of Rib Eye. And there are no Ribs to Eye in my refridgenator! And the fat! That's the best part when charred. Time to update that meager grocery list I always carry with me.
it with me. The power of suggestion is pulling on me hard. I want Rib Eye! And pasta! Probably because it's something I don't have! I bet if I had both in the house at the moment I wouldn't be thinking on it as hard. Have a wonderful evening Laurie!

Be blessed,

Robie

Agreed. Rib Eye is a wonderful thing. Including the fat (if cooked properly)!

Good evening my dear friends. I hope everyone is staying healthy and sane behind the "mask's"? Did someone mention Rib Eye and pasta??? That sounds absolutely excellent about now. I haven't had a decent Rib Eye in years. It upsets my digestion. A little goes a long way but dadgum!!! It sure sounds great! And pasta! The things I've done in my life for pasta. I've yet to meet a noodle I didn't appreciate! I hope everyone has a wonderful evening. Enjoy your meal and them grandlings Don. The young ones grow up much too quickly and the Rib Eye is a consumable work of art!

Be blessed and enjoy your evenings,

Robie

eating cleaner and healthier nutritious food with drinking plenty of water helps to keep your immune system running better. Also helps to cut
down on your bodies inflammatory response.
And a simple 10 minute walk is great for you esp. after you eat.

Or you can expose yourself to intense UV rays like Trump does. Or as Trump suggests inject bleach or rubbing alcohol to kill the covid virus.
Just when you think you have heard it all. Sadly people will do this crap and end up srs ill or dead.
Like the couple that used fish food to get the chloroquine out of it. Because they listened to the advice of this person with the knowledge of a 3 yr old.

But seriously folks, that post about what we eat being important is true. Carbs completely wipe out my burn. Vegetables and “clean” food helps keep the relief working. After the ice cream sandwich I had, I’m screwed for a good hour, and I won’t fit my old shorts, either!

On another note, the “safe social distance” walks I’m doing now actually make burns more potent. I’ve learned to never take more before I go! If needed, take it after.

Eating "cleaner"???
Does that mean I should go back and pour that glass of lysol back again. lol :silly: :woohoo: (still crazy after all these years)

It's quitting time, so home I go. The grandkids are waiting to beat me up. =D> :-h

homemade cutlet sand sounds good. especially from a chef. :cheer:

I'll be making rib-eye steaks with spaghetti. My oldest granddaughter's 2 favorites. :x

don,

you are right.. I had some strains that didn't work well anymore but did amazing in the beginning. like my body got tired of it, even with rotation ect..im learning too its the food you eat right after your dose. eating 'cleaner' is better for your dose but too much fat or cholesterol almost drowns it. just my opinion

fused flora posted a great guide for this, some afterburn meals are just better

don't get me wrong, I just had a homemade cutlet sandwich but that's the exception not a standard.

I checked my notes and one of the samples I got with an order from ILK a year ago was for a Premium GMD and it was pretty good. But the Green Riau worked so well for me it distracted me away from ordering more (especially after ordering a kilo of the Riau). :woohoo:
I may need to revisit that Premium GMD. :-?

Michele, I think I need to try some of those blends you suggest also. Now that I have a much better grasp on how to take different size doses to achieve my other desired results instead of just being focused on headache relief as I was back then. I have the Red Kx that is part of my Red Zaps Sleep/Pain blend but haven't tried by itself in many months.

I think my reaction to kratom has changed since then also. A year ago the Insense Gold MD invigorated me and got rid of most body pain at 2.5g. I tried it again a couple of weeks ago and now it makes me very tired even at 500mg. :-? Very confusing. Maybe it has to do with tolerance to a specific alkaloid that gives me energy and all that I get is the sedation affect instead?

Oh my. So many favorites, so little time.

It also doesn't help when I have Michele, Brandon, and the rest of y'all causing my FOMO gene to kick in. :woohoo:

Liz has been asking what I want for my birthday, sooooo :-?

Be safe and well y'all. :cheer:
