Thanks for that, I've tried looking for pictures, but I haven't found much.

Not every leaf is the same, but most of the stems are green. I have yet to try drying them, but I will probably try in the future.

If I leave them in the fridge for a few days, they start turning red though.

That’s sounding like a nice kratom tree, regardless of strain. I believe Paul corrected me about determining strain, since the leaves change vein color with age.

How nice to have!

We can’t help much with dosing and wet versus dry because that option is rare here.

Please keep sharing your experience within your comfort range so we can learn more from your adventures.

I’ll ask my friend who also has access to a tree about determination of strain color he is using.

Thanks for sharing!

Communication can be difficult here, but I was able to ask if this was the green strain and the "vendor" did say it was. I asked him if he knew how to find the red strain because I have a little bit of anxiety and while it's not unbearable I would like to try the red strain, but he said that one is very rare. That's just one local's opinion though of course...

If anyone is interested in helping me identify them I just would rather not post it on a public forum. I am on Reddit under the same username, I believe we can PM there.

I just wish I knew how to find more people who use fresh leaves to compare notes.

I couldn’t find you on Reddit.

Speaking of which, has ANYONE heard from THEFROGSHATEME lately? He’s probably just busy, but I worry without hearing about his ongoing health anxiety.

EDIT: Frogs is fine. Whew
