Yep, for some it’s way to much, for others a Miracle godsend flower... your right Laurie, everyone reacts in their own way,

I also have a friend that is a veteran and that is the one thing that helps him with his ill effects, on a spiritual and psychological level that he experiences from his time in war ...

It’s time the US of A realizes that these kinds of herbs/ tools , “Kratom and ganja” ... are sometimes( most of the time) the best and most effective way of getting relief from the ailments they suffer from,

One size does not fit all , let people have what works and let them find relief , it’s the humane and logical way to go!!

Peace and health, the greatest wealth

If I touch that stuff, I can eat EVERYTHING in minutes. No matter what kind. So I avoid it, even tho I have a medical card allowing me to purchase up to 6 plants!

But. I have a friend suffering with SERIOUS Vietnam PTSD as well as major depression (unlikely related to Vietnam).

He lightly bakes it and it’s totally stabilized his paranoia and depression (along with a strong SSRI). Oddly, kratom was not at all helpful for him.
He’s a fully functional, employed person with a family! It took YEARS to become functional for him. Stuff like that gives me hope. Even tho I can’t get there doing exactly what he does.

Just more proof that everyone is unique!

no it's not legal, but maybe one day I can experiment with multiple strains. Maybe id like it if there were more options. Growing up as a teenager we had only names like white rhino, purple haze, kush, white Russia, hydro. but we were all just a bunch of teenagers and I'm sure none of that was really what the actual strain was.

It’s a tricky endeavor , I’ve smoked herb for over 20 years, haven’t smoked in about 8 months .. being the longest I’ve taken a break in all that time .. maybe a week or two tops a couple of times in 20 + years ...

there are some strains that give energy like stativa strains I can tell you a couple that come to mind

White widow and jack herer are some that have been energetic and not over the top anxiety producing ...

I may embark again with the herb someday but I’m taking a BIG hiatus for at least a year , nothing against it but I’ve been friends with it for a long time a need a long break

It can be a great ally, definitely a seductress in ways

Just finding the right amount for the right purpose and not getting lit all day every day is somthing to shoot for, though either way it’s a better choice than most substances , being a innocuous and benign herb with powerful qualities of various relief

I’ll report back if I can think of other strains that might give energy

Is herb legal in your state ??

Hope you find what your looking for

Growing up as a teenager I used to smoke a lot and never really liked it or even being around it made me quite, awkward, paranoid. Each and every time.
