Wow

Weed deaths!!! From eating to much and feeling a extremely introspective ( sometimes unsettling to put it nicely) experience in which your faced with yourself ??

Not always comfortable, especially when there little experience with it and then your around lots of people , friends and what not

That’s somthing, , more weed deaths than Kratom, didn’t know it was ever possible to die from weed ... let alone Kratom ... and vise a versa

I have to look into that ,

Unless it’s from being high and not being mindful of your environment, like out in nature next to a cliff, or possibly driving after smoking and not being g used to it and getting into a accident ,

That’s pretty funny man, thank you for that, but I must say that smoking everyday for years I would sometimes get uneasy from being overly medicated, which I sum up to not always a good time to do it and not everywhere is conducive, but I didn’t care at the time , I took a deep breathe and said to myself “ I’m really high”, oops !!!

I think in the future when/if I take herb it will be in very small amounts, I’m talking about a micro puff, maybe a small edible a couple hrs before bedtime...

Herb is great , when it’s the right time , place and reason to take it ... like all good healing plants, too much can bite you in the butt, the proper amount ... very beneficial

That said , it’s not everyone’s cup of tea

Just make sure you don’t have to do to much , like end of day use is a nice thing , I was excessive in my use, still helped me, but could have been more helpful if I did t go heroic with it B)

But we all learn how we learn

Please keep us posted if you try it again, you mentioned wanting energy , so times the energy can be to much and promote anxiety, you might want to try a nice indica/sativa hybrid .... “blue dream” is very nice , mellow , calming yet energetic in appreciable levels , not over the top

Take care

I don't like to be over stimulated, I think I'm sensitive to that. I guess I like a uplift/good mood, that leads to energy. Honestly kratom doesn't do that for me anymore and hasn't in a while. Like bomally said. "honeymoon phase" I am physically addicted to kratom. I can stop if I wanted, but that would envole chilling in bed all day, but with kids I can't.

And for weed, there seems to be a point where you kill yourself if you have to much. I think only one or two overdoses

Yeah man, I don’t like being overly stimulated either, I’ve always been on the other end of the spectrum, mellow and chill, But I love the mild stimulation I get from Kratom though, when I drink coffee which I dont to often these days , (I drink lots of mate, so gentle on the nerves) it’s the kind of uneasy energy I feel and makes me a bit paranoid, feels so much stronger than what I experience from Kratom and not in a good way !!

far from the clean non jittery quality I get from Kratom.

I didn’t mean to be anything but helpful , hoping my response didn’t get read as condescending frogs .. i was shocked that someone could ever OD from pot.... maybe with all the super concentrated versions out there and eating a ungodly amount would be hard on the system, but I think I remember one would have to ingest pounds worth of herb in a very small window of time to reach anything catastrophic.... but I can imagine somebody being allergic to it also would be a factor to consider ..

Sativa are very energetic, indica sedating : combine the two in a hybrid and some times you get balanced out effect that doesn’t get your heart racing and doesn’t knock u on the couch

I am physically dependent on Kratom, I am fine with that

I take it for pain & dose very frequently , and I’ve signed up for all the things that come with it , instead of the extreme side effects from the pharmaceuticals I used to be on...

If you wanted to stop Kratom, it’s more of a choosing to do it and lowering your dose, so that when you stop there will be very mild symptoms

I took a day off not to long ago and used akuamma in place of Kratom... I didn’t have any issues , Ofcourse it’s hitting the same kinds of receptors ( for the most part ) that Kratom touches but I’m saying kratom is milder in all regards , as I’m sure you know compared to all that chem pils , way tougher to get off of ,

Forgot where I was going with this ... 20 years of smoking strong pot will have its own positive/ negative effects ..

Yin yang , there’s no escape

finding what works and delivers the best results with minimal negatives , that’s a winning bet for me

On the death toll comment, what do you mean?
They have tried to attribute deaths to weed, but don't often succeed.

Smoking is bad for your lungs and can cause long-term damage. If you ate it only, I don't think there would be many risks.

I'm sure eventually people will be high and do something to kill themselves, as they will do on Kratom, but I haven't heard of a high death toll...

I also smoked quite a bit as a teenager. After I quit smoking I found it to produce severe anxiety. Years later I believe that the reason it was producing anxiety was that it was allowing me to recall repressed memories. It encouraged me with gentle pushes over the edges of cliffs, or with a feeling like being shot out of a cannon over a giant lake and whispering, "Go ahead, see if you can fly.", in my ear as I'm soaring through the air, to stay away from chaotic people who were a vexation of spirit.

I wish it were legal where I live. I also wish they'd made some stuff that's light on THC and heavy on the laughter. I find that microdoses increase creativity and truly make the world interesting to me where normally my life is the same situations, conversations, defeatist, pointless, wastes of time over and over and over again. A skunk could spray me in the face, and I'd be like, "Well, that's just par for the course dammit. I knew it would happen just as sure as if you're playing baseball with your kid you will be hit in the crotch. Neither the kid, nor the skunk will ever care. And, I don't even care. I'm just going to walk around like this. It will wear off and then something else will happen that disappoints me. My wife will still leave change that falls out of her pants in the bathtub, and call a plumber every few months. She'll still get on the couch with her shoes on, and I'll never sit in it. The cat will annoy me every day and night when I can't sleep it will come and demand that I pet it. I am not a person."

On the weed things are different. The cat can telepathically link with me and I'm finally able to tell it that while I love it, I am deep in thought, and perhaps I pet it with my mind. My wife is hilarious. Skunks don't bother me. I'm able to play first person shooter games, and I know what people are up to. I intuitively know that they've gathered at a certain area where it's fun to play, and I rank in the top 5 players consistently. I write down things that are beneficial to me, like plans to have a daily routine that is healthy. The green stuff is good, but like Kat Williams said, it's too strong.

I live in Canada...Cannabis is legal here, and medical use has been legal for years.

I was purchasing product from LP's (licensed providers). They do not sell by strain, but rather gaurantee the amount of THC and CBD in each product, so it is highly regulated in amounts...more like a drug I guess.
They do this so that you know EXACTLY what you are getting.

www.cannimed.ca/collections/all

The one time I purchased CBD from a dispensary (as a medical user) I had a terrible allergic reaction.

I was EXTREMELY disappointed, I had been led to believe cannabis was "the herbal answer" for chronic pain. I will not try it again.
