A lot of people where I live agree with Nan70. Get a good pet (if you can afford proper care, of course!) !

I think a lot of folks in the family here have cats !

The kratom def helps with the stress, plus walking, little bit of dumbbell lifting, working in the yard, & we also have 3 cats that rescued us several years ago lol. Seems like exercise is the best way for me.

It definitely has been beyond description… Crazy and stressful year!

Personally, I keep my Kratom regimen same as always, 4-5 times a day, I feel this is helped me the most with anxiety and stress from all the crap that’s happened this year, other than that my beer consumption was pretty high there for a second… I’ve never had issues with alcohol, but I can say that frequency and amount went up In the first few months of this Covid outbreak…

Walking, listening to music, interacting on my favorite forum in the whole wide world :) ... has definitely helped me and keep a positive headspace more so than not… I try to stretch out every night before bed, I have one of those Styrofoam cylinders that you can roll-on, that really helps my body unlock the tension a bit ,

That’s all I can think of at the moment… But honestly I feel like Kratom has kept me pretty well balanced even in the face of these crazy and stressful times… Look forward to hearing other peoples tricks to maintain some sort of healthy balance through all this! This pandemic has sure caused a lot of us a great deal of anxiety. What do you do to fight it? Do you do some yoga or what hobbies do you do to take off your mind off things?
