Last night I made it through an entire shift at work without pain, and it was the first night I took kratom capsules. I may have found my miracle for painful bladder syndrome!!

Welcome to the forum!
Happy to hear of your success so far.
We are here to help each other at this forum if you have any questions please ask.
If you are encouraged by the results with the capsules you might want to look into powder, its less expensive.
There are a number of vendors on our approved list( www.ilovekratom.com/kratom-vendors ) that sell caps.

I have been taking Kratom for spinal arthritis for about a year now.

Best-

Welcome to the best kratom forum ever, madbladder (no more!).

So glad you found us! It’s an interesting journey into healthier living by managing symptoms!

You are in good company here. The fam damily has already begun sharing the basics and I suggest you read up on digestion of the leaf because we all have to pay attention to the tubes as part of the journey to getting your life back!

Posts such as yours really remind me of why I stay with this group. I love most of these people and consider everyone here a part of my support group. Plenty of room for you!

Nan70 will post the digestion discussion link (you will want to tweak it for your condition, I suspect).

Or type “digestion” in a search bar in this website to get started with being aware of colon managing as part of the job of healing with this leaf.

So cool! It gets better. But LESS IS MORE is the motto.

So glad you are finding success with pain management using Kratom.

Have you tried any natural therapies for your bladder syndrome?

Some people have had good success with D-manose. Have you heard of that? In my family we have had great success resolving recurrent bladder infections using D manose and there is a large body of evidence that IC results from left-over bacteria in the bladder after an infection. Even though the urine test show no bacteria they can still reside in the lining of the bladder ( called biofilm).

While Kratom will work for pain management it does not address the root cause of the problem.

Anyway D-Manose is good for overall bladder health and might be worth trying.
