I think if this continues to be beneficial I can look into making my own capsules. I wonder if it is messy or difficult. I will look into the cost of a machine. I guess unlike cannabis, kratom is too bitter to mask it by baking or more people would do that.

Actually baking it cooks the helpful alkaloids away.

You CAN mix it in ice cream or any other food you wish to use. Just don’t cook the alkaloids or it will be useless.

Once you’ve benefited from it, it becomes magically easy to tolerate :-)

However, there are recipes for success if you do a SEARCH on this website. You can type in capsules or making caps, etc into the SEARCH to find discussions to assist you in your decision making.

For the record, I don’t have an opinion on Kratom Botanical in Canada? No idea why you thought I said they’re no good?!

Payment issues are completely separate from quality product.

A debit card IS the same routing number and account number as far as how money goes from your checking account to the vendor. Debit cards are not insured for safety the way credit cards are. But, the industry has been denied that option FOR NOW.

I hope you don’t find this issue of using kratom to be a “huge stressor”.

Definitely hope we are helping RELIEVE your anxiety.

That’s important! Stress makes pain and discomfort WORSE. Please take good care. It will be FINE.

Ask us more questions OR type keywords of interest into the SEARCH field for access to a wealth of information from prior discussions that might help you calm down a bit. Ordering while stressed is not a good idea, either.

Wait until your anxiety is somewhat relieved for a better shopping experience and good product for relieving stress! Lol

Botanical Kratom isn't listed on this site as a known supplier. I don't know if The Kratom Bible is a trustworthy site either, it was just recommended for info. My son was able to order me some kratom and have it sent to me. He used ACH and said it was difficult to pay by cc. Since the sites ask for cc to pay, this doesn't make sense. He found a place in Irvine CA, about an hour away. If they wanted, they could just have it delivered by some messenger service and not even have to ship it.

Hi Princezz-

THE ILK APPROVED VENDOR LIST has nothing to do with KNOWN suppliers.

These vendors meet extra stringent safety cGMP standards with contamination inspections and packaging requirements and provide proof of their primary source of product so it can be verified as quality product from the ground up, so to speak.

This effort is expensive and time consuming and there are no guarantees, but should kratom become a regulated herb, they’ll already have done the work. The goal with the list is KEEPING KRATOM LEGAL.

Vendors still cannot “prescribe” product or suggest type of product or dosing as they as currently having to sell the product as “NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION” due to misinformation and lies at the government level (to keep the opiate sellers in business). <—-that last part is my opinion.

Credit card companies have also been fed lies about the “dangers” of kratom, hence the lack of vendor choices for using that form of payment. However, this issue is very fluid and changes constantly, so KEEP CHECKING if a favorite vendor can’t accept cc today, they might be able to tomorrow. The reverse is also true.

Debit cards are different from regular credit cards.

No matter, I’m glad y’all found some quality product and now we wait.

After you receive it, WE (forum members) can help you with choosing strain type, dose size, etc. vendors cannot do that, legally.

For EVERYONE READING THIS: please support the American Kratom Association (AKA) with donations and more: www.americankratom.org for Their tireless efforts to send educators out into the field of every State and City being lied to costa a LOT, but it has KEPT KRATOM LEGAL for the most part, and they rely on us (responsible users) and and vendors for donations and support.

That’s the bottom line.

Finally, I have no opinion on Botanical Kratom and no issues with any vendors NOT on the APPROVED VENDOR LIST. There are vast resources of product out there. Many are wonderful and fully legit! Not EVERY VENDOR has the inclination to meet regulations and guidelines and the reason could simply be that it doesn’t fit their business profile.

Please let us know how things go with your order from ACH. :-)
We are here to help. When we aren’t replying, try the SEARCH button on the website under a keyword of interest and you’ll be provided with past discussions on every topic and the discussions STILL APPLY, for the most part. It’s still just a powdered leaf,

Making your own capsules is not that hard...but like any other manual skill it takes some practice to get efficient at doing it.

If you can get separated capsules that is the best! Taking 100 capsules apart is about as time consuming as filling them!

Welcome to the best kratom forum ever, Sanhya54!

I’m unfamiliar with the issue of interest, but I can google it. This is a wonderful resource for researching medicinal opportunities the leaf offers in the form of relief from discomfort. Helps with the depression associated with living with illness as well.

You’ll find lots of folks here to help answer questions, make suggestions and use the SEARCH button to bring up topics we’ve discussed at length. Digestive issues are a must, for example.

I’m glad you’re here for your sibling and I hope you find this plant helpful! It’s a game changer for many people - but not all. Trial and error must be done individually to know for certain. So we are here to help y’all do that wisely and safely.

I’m heading to bed now. But you’re in good hands. This crowd is compassionate and caring AND SMART! At least on THIS topic. Haha

I have no doubt that kratom will slow intestinal motility...that has certainly been my expereince. So someone with a Jpouch might benefit.

Also take a look at a low FODMAP diet...can be very beneficial for those with pouches.

Hello Sanhya54

Welcome to this ( like our dear Laurie said ) very compassionate community,

While I’m not familiar with your siblings ailments , Kratom can be helpful for a quite a few medical conditions far more better and safer than a lot , I’ll even go as far to say most mainstream options available.

One thing for sure, comfort from physical and psychological pain .. for me ... it’s been a godsend herb.

Thanks for reaching out to these lovely folks here , I have no doubt there’s some good ideas and tips to be picked up and utilized from this helpful zone , I hope you get some good ones that can be of use and applicable to your siblings needs , please ask freely any questions you may have pertaining to Kratom and other areas of health , many people here want to help as well as be helped , you found a great resource!!

Take care
