Akuamma is probably one of the worst tasting Herbs out there. It makes Kratom Taste Good. The Taste does stay in your mouth for hours it seems.

Hey Bomalley !!!

Happy new year sweetie !!

Yeah, akuamma is pretty darn bitter ... but I’ve found the extract to be WAY more palatable... I can toss and wash that without the lingering narnar... gnarly bitterness lol!

Good stuff if you can find a solid source ... (L) I get mine from Benni Botanical... but I’ve also purchased it from InSense/Goldleaf ... haven’t tried amazon akuamma.. good idea B-)

I got my Akuamma from Amazon...so do you have Amazon in the UK?

In order to take Akuamma you will need to put it into capsules as it tastes absolutely horrible. I can get almost anything down but the lingering bitter taste of this one was too much even for me.

Start low and work the dose up. I started at one gram to make sure my digestive system could handle it and then upped it gradually until I got good pain relief.

I am in Canada and still looking for a source of Incarvellia Sinsensis.

Hello gedc, Welcome to ILK. Have you ever tried Incarvillea Sinensis 20:1 Extract. I have to say it works better for me than even Kratom does for pain. I take Kratom purely for Depression but there are a lot here that take Kratom for pain relief. Kratom does work wonders for Pain Relief for most. It just doesn't work me like it most. I would say Kratom, Incarvillea Sinensis 20:1 Extract & Akuamma are your Strongest Options for Purely Pain Relief.

There are many other different Herbs & Botanicals that are used for Pain Relief such as:

Corydalis
Turmeric
California Poppy
Cat's Claw
Kava
Wild Lettuce
Valerian
Berberine
Mulungu Bark
Skullcap

Welcome. Many on this forum are using Kratom for pain management. It also helps with mood issues. When I started Kratom I was taking Diclofenic twice a day and 200 milligrams of Zoloft. I only take occassional doclofenic and am down to 100 mg of zoloft a day.

Feel free to ask questions. I am certain Kratom will help your wife.

Welcome! Healing houdou to your wife who is suffering. Might I recommend starting my researching red strains of kratom. I have personally found them to be the most beneficial for my own pain management.

Apart from baking some "special brownies" for my wife, I have no other tools for her pain management, apart from pills which make her sicker and more fatigued. I'm in the UK and although akuamma is not illegal here I can't seem to find a vendor, apart from Ebay.com, do you know of any UK Vendors, or even EU vendors?
Thanks very much again for reaching out and pointing me in new directions.
Cheers

I do ship akuamma to UK, my site will be unlocked again January 3rd if you'd like to check it out.
