I believe Kratom comes up only on 100 panel drug tests.

Hmmm, usually when people post they try to give there thread legitamacy by changing certain details in there story.... in this instant id be willing to bet that "Rehab" meant his bedroom, and the "Doctor" that gave him suboxone to tapper was proably his drug dealing freind, and that by "Real Kratom" he proably got it from a head shop that gave jank plain leaf that didnt do much and when he ordered from kostal that had REAL Kratom leaf that was potent as it suppsed to be that it rocked his world and gave him PAWs inturn put his stress levels up hence being up all night, but when it came down to it, this is some young guys scared and in withdrawls and is wanting to point a finger at some 1 and Kostal sad to say was proably just 1 of many......

Sorry to every 1 that has to put up with people like this, id bet when it bulls down to it he is just scared.

I want to say that I too went from a ten year methadone addiction and tried Kratom in very small doses. To ease off the three weeks of Kratom I took mega doses of lipI-spheric vit C. I had NO NOTICIABLE withdrawal from Kratom only the methadone which lasts a month to get off and is horrible. When the Kratom wore off and the methadone withdrawal kicked in.. I was in hell. Literal hell. If not for the Kratom, I would still be costing the state hundreds of thousands of dollars for pure evil crap. I think Kratom is a god send. I used it purely for Medical reasons and never abused it..I would not have survived without Kratom.

While you were in the 28 Day Rehab did they Drug Test you for Kratom? Just Wondering if it is possible to Test for Kratom in Urine. :-?

I took Kratom everyday while I was in 3 outpatient Rehabs & I never tested Positive for any kind of drugs in 3 Different Rehab Centers. Be careful with Benadryl when taking a drug test it will make you test Positive for I think Benzodiazepines. Also if you do any Breathalyzer Tests for Alcohol don't use Mouthwash like Listerine that Contains Alcohol because you will Test Positive. :-bd

It's better to be addicted to Kratom than any Prescription Drugs. Trust me I was hooked on all kinds & tried to stop many times & went through many Withdrawals from stopping cold Turkey. I went to 3 Outpatient Rehabs & they are a joke with the 12 step crap. Just my opinion. 12 Steps don't work for everybody. It's not a one size fits all Problem. Then I found Kratom & it has saved my life.

Now I don't want any Opiates or Benzos anymore. I just take Kratom several times a day to keep me from getting Depressed & elevates my mood. I was taking Kratom every 3 hours when I was awake now I've moved up to every 4 hours & lowered my dosage from about 10gr to 6gr. I am slowly trying to take less & less Kratom over time & it has worked for me. I have saved money & my Kratom Stash lasts much longer.

I hope that you are feeling better from the Withdrawals. :)

Withdrawal can be a horrible feeling but as I recently learned with the proper self control kratom is unlike any substance I have ever used. I could get control of my use, I could taper and I could get back down to a dose that still managed my pain.

I am an addict as well and could do this so I do not have any sympathy for the OP. Blaming others for addiction is a major sign of active addiction. Jeff made some really valid points as did so many others.

I recently posted my story so others would know it is not easy but also the pitfalls that landed me in the situation I was in. It was all my own doing. I would never allow myself to blame anyone else. That is sick thinking. I belong to other forums and have never read anything like that before.

Some everyday users will go Withdrawals & some won't. I can stop for a day or two & not feel any withdrawals. I've been taking Kratom every single day since about 2008. I take up to 1oz a day. It effects all people differently. I just hate that you are going through any Withdrawals. That's a Horrible Feeling. :(

This is very fishy, calling out one specific vendor? Kratom does cause withdrawal in everyday users I know I just went through this but found out the severity of it was due to other things. I used kratom to get off of suboxone so this is very disturbing to me. I have addictive tendencies but realized you can taper from kratom with minimal problems.

I am glad so many of you are calling this out. It is sad to see one vendor getting blamed as if it is a scape goat for dependency. I was up to doses around 30g a day. I did that to myself. I forced a break and it was so hard to do but I managed to get my dosing back down so I personally know that this is not true. There are side effects from any medicine, drug or herbal supplements across the board. From 30g a day to nothing for a while the worst I felt was tired?

I have never heard anything but positive things about Coastal Kratom so that really gets me upset to point fingers about it. If I want to stay up all night and use kratom I do but realized there is more to that, it is me and my emotional state. I let kratom effect me negatively because I was not being responsible for my use. I am now and am very happy. I use many vendors and this only makes me want to lend support to Coastal. I can see no way a rehab facility would use sub to detox someone from kratom?

Wow! Coastal is a good trusted vendor. If you went to rehab for kratom I think you may have other things going on. It really isn't right to try and tarnish a vendor in the process of sharing your story. To imply something is up with their Kratom is uncool on all levels.you could have started a great dialogue with your concerns instead most will be turned off by it.
