Hi Bomalley

I am a newbie. I found your post re weight management interesting. Although i am only looking for a solution for my crippling anxiety, depression and physical manifestations of them, i also follow a nutrition plan close to yours. I don't have sugar, grains or comp carbs. I have 3 meals a day and nothing in between except herbal teas. It has helped a great deal with my body pain and i lost 75+ lbs.

I begin on Kratom for the first time ever in exactly half an hour, when the parcel man is due to arrive. I am from the UK. It is so lovely to be here!

Trudy :)

A well balanced diet for me does not include any grains at all. As soon as I start eating grains (wheat especially) I start gaining weight!

Junk food left my life decades ago...I do not even like going out for dinner. I would rather stay home and eat well. Everything in the house is home-made, including all soups, and sauces. Mustard and mayonnaise are the only condiments purchased at the grocery store.
BUT I am lucky...I am now retired and have the time to do this.

Reducing weight can be a real challenge if your body chemistry is all messed up and you are not used to moving around a lot. Good nutrition and movement are a must BUT good nutrition does not look the same for every individual.

Hi there, thanks for sharing the post. I have heard that there are many diet guides which helps to reduce weight. Reducing weight is an easy task if you are eating a balanced diet and avoiding junk food. As a diet guide provides you better guidance to eat healthy to maintain your weight. I have heard good reviews about Cellublue from my friend who provides a best diet guide for weight loss.

Homeopathy is VERY specific to symptoms.

Bryonia 200C was the remedy of choice this time as it is very specific to symptoms MADE WORSE ON MOTION.

I was having nausea which no one could explain except to say that it was coming from the irritation of nerves in my back (mid back - I had an injury there many years ago). Any kind of movement in that area (like yoga) made it worse. BUT it was getting so much worse and it was so bad that just getting up and walking to the kitchen made the nausea worse. AND of course I have always had pain on movement. Just getting out of bed is a challenge some days (osteoarthritis in my back).

The remedy worked gradually (and I think it is still working) and I did not expect improvement in pain BUT within two weeks everything was SO much better. My appetite is SO good I have gained weight UGH!

I have had some pretty AMAZING results with homeopathy in my life. in 2016, my homeopath CURED depression diagnosed by a psychiatrist. With a precise remedy it was gone in 24 hours ( I did not believe it either - but since I lived it I knew it was real).

I am always thankful that I found homeopathy 35 years ago!

YAHOO!

I find that if my pain is under control (and thankfully it has been lately) EVERYTHING is better!

My turn around in pain control I attribute to a recent homeopathic remedy and my ongoing physiotherapy session. A WORLD of difference.

Have not heard anything about weight gain being related to Kratom use BUT if chronic pain affects your appetite it could go either way.
I usually gain weight when I am not feeling that well because I do no eat regularly and am not very fussy about what goes in my mouth. However, when I am well with pain under control, I have more energy, I pay more attention to my diet, I do more cooking from scratch, and I am more active.

Consequently my weight tends to go down.

Have you heard of people gaining weight since starting kratom? That seems to be my experience, even though I'm actually eating less? I can't say for sure that it is the kratom of course, but it is the only change I am aware of. I know lots of people have asked about kratom for weight loss, but I haven't seen posts where people find they are gaining weight since starting it. I have a good 15-20 lbs I'd like to lose, and sure don't want to gain any.

Any experience w/ this? I've searched and haven't found much. We are using mostly red strains for pain relief in 2g doses 2x a day. We recently started experimenting w/ greens or green/red mixes for day time relief. We haven't yet tried white vein, since our focus has been 100% pain management, but a little energy boost would be nice.

Thanks!
